Pass Over

I was spending a week at Chris apartment which I was absolutely enjoying. I had already tidied up the bedroom and was now in the bathroom to take a shower when he walked in. I took up my toothbrush and add some toothpaste on it and brush my teeth while Chris did the same after that I took off my clothes and step into the shower, soon I was joined by him. After our shower we went to get dressed. We were going out to chill with Sade and Chris decided he would carry August with him. We were now ready and on our way to meet up with the others.

When we finally got there we saw August and another girl there, maybe it was his girlfriend but I thought he was single.

"Aye Aug.. Hi" I waved to the unknown girl and she smiled back while Aug and Chris did their hand thingy.

"Hi.. I'm Sharika.. "  the girl said

"I'm Ashley" ..

We went and spread the towels out on the lawn full of fresh green grass. We where actually kinda pick nicking. Chris sat down and I laid across his lap while he ran his fingers through my hair.
August and Sharika was there goofing around. Minutes later Sade showed up with some guy. He was cute though. They parked their car and walked over to us. They introduced themselves and joined us on the towels that was laid out.

"Girl what took your ass so long?"  I questioned Sade.

"I had Zari to look after remember"

"Oh yeah.. Zari. Right..."

"I'm hungry August" Sharika turned to August who was busy on his phone doing whatever.

"There's food in the baskets. Help yourself. "  Chris suggest.

Since we didn't have nothing much to do we all grab a plate and took pieces of fry or barbeque chicken with slice bread, mashed potatoes, and fries with some Coke.

School was now dismissed, its been almost a week now and I haven't seen nor heard from Austin. I had planned to go see him after school because I wasn't going to stay for the basket ball match that was keeping. Chad on the other hand and I have been dating about four days ago and I swear he really knows how to treat a girl. I really liked Chad so when he asked me to be his girlfriend I told him yes. Our relationship of course was public. He would often walk around hand in hand. He would get my lunch when it was lunch time and we would sit and eat. He even introduce me to his homies.
He wanted me to stay for the match but I couldn't so I had to tell him I had Zari to pick up from the day care center, which was true but I didn't bother to mention that I was going to go see Austin.
As soon as I got a cab I told the driver where I was going and he took me there. I was now infront of Austin's house. I knocked on the front door but there was no answer. I knocked again but still no answer. I looked around the neighborhood for a moment because I didn't know much about it, I heard laughing coming from the back of the yard so I walk to the corner of the house to the back. When I got there it was the guys from the last time I came here except for August.
