After a 15min walk in the hot hot hot sun, we finally reached our destination which I recognized was a mall.
Dongdaewon mall.
That sort of reminded me of my childhood friend whom I promised to marry. He brought me to Dongdaewon mall before.

Baekhyun flinched upon hearing my words.

We settled on coffee before going to shop.
"here's $4 for the frappe," I told the cashier.
Returning the money, she said," that gentleman has already paid."
When I looked over at home he simply shrugged. "let's go."
Every shop I went and bought something, the shopkeeper would say," that gentleman has already paid."
I was extremely curious.
"what the, what's happening?" I asked.
"Do you seriously not know?"

omo! this big mall?

walking into a jewelry shop, a necklace caught my eye.
"ooh... so pretty!" I exclaimed in sheer delight.
"Baekhyun walked over," you don't have that expensive taste, heh."
Still admiring the necklace, I didn't respond.
"ya... ya. You're so absorbed. I'll buy it for you sometime. It's quite affordable anyway."
"ani, it just looks like the necklace my childhood friend wanted to buy for me."
"oh..." baekhyun nodded weakly. "then I'll buy it for you now."
"baekhyun ah, ani! if you buy it, I'm going to ditch you!" I said.
I would feel so horrible if he wasted so much money just for me.
but I was appreciative of baek's kind gestures.
continuing my act, I walked out of the shop.
He ran after me and embraced me with a warm hug.
"Don't you dare leave me..." he whispered into my ear.
