I walked back to the dorm after visiting Baekhyun's house.

I was bound to get in trouble with Jongin and stuff, but at that point in time, I really didn't care.

I opened the door and strode in, still smiling at the memories at Baek's house just an hour or so ago.

"Baek would be back tomorrow," I told whoever who was actually paying attention.

"Great!" Chen exclaimed.

Hyejin turned to me and said, "Jongin wants to see you. Bet you're in trouble. Good luck man."

She smirked and switched on the television.

"Kay thanks," I replied, rolling my eyes at her.

Not expecting a reply, I walked up to Jongin's room.

"You wanted to meet me?" I tried to put on a smile and entered the room.

"Yes. Take a seat," he instructed, gesturing to the chair.

"Well, hurry and say whatever you want to say. I know you're angry I went out and skipped lessons. I don't have the whole day, so speed up your talk," I folded my arms and stared at him.

"Yes, okay. I am upset you left the school. That sorta ruined the Royal club reputation. But that's not the main point."

He paused and I raised my eyebrows.

Continuing, he said, "Look. I'm really sorry okay? I know you're upset at me and stuff. I didn't mean to hurt you like that? Whether or not you did whatever mean things, I should not have been so harsh. And sorry for always siding Hyejin. I know you're not contented."

"Well yeah. Would you be contented if someone does that to you?" I attacked back.

He sighed and patted me on the shoulder, "Sorry I wasn't there for you when you needed me."

"Yeah you weren't," I replied and stood up.

"Would you forgive me?" he questioned.

I didn't know the answer to that question. My mind was in a whirl. I could not think

"Excuse me," I pushed in the chair before heading into my room to get a breather.

Fat hope. Hyejin was in there.

"Got reprimanded huh?" she grinned.

I raised my eyebrow at her and turned away, laying my books out to start studying.

"Come on, i know you're not happy," she rubbed in.

I tried my best to ignore her.

"I'm studying. So keep your mouth shut, got it?" I shouted back, concentrating on my Chemistry notes.

"Wow.. Kim Taehyeon. Hot temper. What's there to be angry at? Not like Jongin liked you in the first place."

I retaliated, fuming with anger, "Not your business, so back off. I'm not certain whether he liked me at all, but I'm certain I don't want you in my room."

I gestured towards the door and even turned the door knob for her to exit.

I could no longer hold it back anymore.

I am different now. I'm not the old Kim Taehyeon. I have changed. And I'm not sure if it's for the better.

"Ya ya.." she stammered , as if taken aback.

She paused for a moment before replying, "I share this room with you. You have no right to shoo me outta this room. You better stop with your antics."

I pointed and glared at her, "You stop with your antics. Stop putting the blame on me. Just saying."

Just then, Jongin came in and Hyejin immediately put on a broad grin.

"Looking for me?" she asked confidently.

"No sorry. I just heard some noise in here. Wondering what's happening."

I saw Hyejin rolling her eyes as I stifled a laugh.

"Tch," I muttered under my breath.

"Well, looks like things are okay here. So I'll get going. Tae, you having answered me. Can you forgive me?"

I looked over at Hyejin, noticed her puzzled looks, then looked back at Jongin.

I wasn't sure if i was ready to forgive. But I was gonna say yes anyway. Because of Hyejin. In her face!

"Apology accepted," I smiled.

"Thanks! Love," he said, winking at me before leaving the room.

"What... was that?" Hyejin asked.

"Sucker," I shrugged my shoulders, and at the corner of my eye, I see her face turn red with fury.
