The next morning when I woke up, I walked towards the dining room, only to see the other members gathered around the table.

"What's going on?" I asked, casually taking a seat beside Xiumin.

"I don't know. Jongin told us to gather here at 8am. It's 8.05am now, he should be coming soon," Chen explained, shrugging his shoulders.

Just then, Jongin appeared with a stern expression.

"I'll go straight to the point and tell you guys what's the main point of this gathering," he said.

We all nodded.

"Kim Taehyeon has violated the rules of being a Royal member. From my point of view, it seems like she is not willing to be one. Forget about the tie incident, but yesterday's incident had made me extremely furious.

She left the school without much notice, saying that she wanted to visit Baek, who is currently resting at home. I told her to hold up, but she didn't. I believe this is not right of a royal member to disobey a leader's instructions.

Also, I didn't give her the permission to do so. Therefore, I would have to make some changes. Y'all, meet back here at 5pm, after classes end, got it?"

I was stunned. Oh no... What do I do !?

The other members, although shocked, nodded their heads, "Okay."

They began making their exit to walk to school.

I hurriedly picked up my bag and headed for the door but was stopped by Jongin.

"Taehyeon. I need to talk to you. Come sit down."

I had no choice but to obediently follow what he said.

"Do you not want to be a Royal member? you're really a disgrace to us ! It's the first time this sort of crap has happened. Now, I'm not angry or jealous that you went to Baek. But you didn't get my permission. And I told you to hold up, did you!?"

I looked down at my shoes.

"Tsk, do you really think I wish to scold you?"

I mustered up my courage, took a deep breath, and began, "I'm sorry, I really am. I know saying sorry doesn't help, but I don't know what to do. I'm so screwed up and such a letdown to you guys, sorry! I'm just not used to all these drama and it's my first time. Sorry I'm such a failure."

Jongin looked at me for awhile, thinking about what I had just said.

"Look Taehyeon, I'm just trying to tell you, I never said you were a failure, okay? Don't think too negatively. Remember 5pm gather here. Please remain calm then."

I nodded, "Okay, I'll get going now or I'll be late."

Jongin carried his crumpler bag and walked with me to school.

"What's your first lesson?" He asked me when we reached the gates.

"I don't know, I don't remember the schedule. I don't bother," I said, smirking.

"Haha oh well then, let's go to the royal room."

"Don't you have lessons?" I questioned Jongin.

"Well duh, not like you don't anyway."

"Then you should get going. I'll be here," I told him.

"I think it would be better if I accompanied you. It would be safer too," He sat down next to me.

"Really , I'll be fine," I reassured, taking out my textbooks to start reading.

"Okay then, I guess I'll get going. I skipped many classes this week already oops keke," he said, making his leave.

"Bye."

I tried processing the facts in the textbooks but i just could not focus.

All I was thinking about was what would happen at 5pm....

Trying to distract myself from all thoughts, I took out my favorite book, 'Fangirl' to read.

But it clearly wasn't helping.

Thought just kept flooding into my mind I was going to have a mental breakdown, I swear.

I decided to take a stroll around the school to ease my stress and frustration as I came across Sehun.

"Yo Sehun," I greeted.

"You skipped classes again?" He smirked, raising an eyebrow.

"Well of course. Seeing that you're out here, I think you did too," I chuckled.

"Exposed," Sehun said. "So, why aren't you in class?"

I shrugged my shoulders, "not in the mood."

"Why?"

"How about you?" I asked, trying to change the subject.

"I'm a little troubled by what Jongin said this morning. What 5pm thing? This secrecy is gonna make me die. Seriously," he replied.

So that's how he felt too... Finally someone I can relate too?

"Well yeah, same goes for me. He told me to be mentally prepared. So many thoughts are flooding into my mind. I can't even concentrate when I'm studying. Even reading my favorite book doesn't distract me. What should I do?" I ranted.

I still couldn't believe I'm saying all these to Sehun. Sehun of all people...
He might not even understand.

Surprisingly, he did. I guess.

"Taehyeonnie~ Don't look so glum. We can't control the future. So let's just act like nothing is happening. Who knows, it may be something good, though I doubt. But let's be positive here okay?" He put his hand around my shoulder, "Fighting Tae."

I smiled, "Thanks."

In the end, I decided to go to History class with Sehun since we both had the same class.
