As I was dropped off by Phil, I heard screaming.

What the fuck?

I went inside Melanie's house and saw no one.

It's from her bedroom.

I went upstairs and opened Melanie's unlocked room.

She wasn't there. But I can still hear screaming.

I was backing up a bit and I felt like I stepped on a button.

There were noises and I looked up.

There were ladders.

I was terrified of what just happened but I went up anyways.

Then I saw.

I saw a cute, adorable, nursery-kind of, but kind of murder-like corridor, well more like a gigantic room.

I saw cute wall decorations, bunny guitars and doll-like drums.

This was her studio.

She has a hidden, fucking studio? You can't see it from the 3rd floor too. What the actual fuck.

I went inside to the room that I heard screaming and singing from.

Oh, she was recording- wait the lyrics are familiar.

"Why'd I put my heart on every cursive letter?

Maybe it's a cruel joke on me, whatever. Whatever."

That was a song I wrote about the party that absolutely no one came. Melanie was on the hospital so I understood.

Flashback ooh here we go.

Third person.

Today was Dan's 10th birthday.

He was damn excited.

He wrote it on cursive and failing.

He had his 8 year old brother do it. That's quite embarrasing.

He put his heart out every cursive letter.

He invited everybody he knew.

Angel, Mary Kate, Mark, Joshua, Alex and Melanie.

It was a small little party.

-

It was 5 hours since they have waited.

Dan was staring blankly at the cute teddy bears around.

Nobody is coming, he thought.

Did my invitations disappear?

Why'd I put my heart on every cursive letter?

Tell me why the h no one is here? He thought.

"Argh!" He shouted as loud as he can.

He grabbed the knife and started 'killing' the teddy bears.

All of the stuff from the teddy bears he has stabbed were falling out.

He popped all of the balloons, stepping and jumping on the Ken dolls. Destroying all of the decorations.

They didn't come, I should have told them the decorations were in pastel ribbons. He thought.

Maybe it's a cruel joke on me! For them, but it wasn't FUNNY.
