I sat up quikly and Riku was looking at me, worry. There was blood on my arm and I looked at him nervously. “you were digging your claws into your arm and I pulled them out but you still hurt yourself.” he said. I looked at his hands and they hand bandages on them. He followed my gaze. “I cut myself trying to save your arm.” he said. I looked down. He left the room and came back with gauze. He wrapped my arm and I smiled. I hugged him and smiled. “can we go somewhere today?” I asked. “where?” he asked. I shrugged. “I don’t care.” I whispered. We stood up and walked out of the house. We walked into town and went into the little stores and side stands. Riku looked at one of the stands and I walked over to see what it was. I stood next to him and he was looking at a little box. It was a light purple with animals on it. “what?” I asked, looking up at him. He looked at me then at the stand owner. He pulled out some money and handed the owner 10 money. The man handed Riku the box and Riku handed the box to me. I looked at him with a smile. “thank you.” I whispered. I held the little box with care. I looked at the stands and saw one of Riku’s favorite things. It was a black and white ribbion. I asked the clerk how much it cost and she said it was 5 money. It was a little high prieced but he would love it. I handed her the money and she gave me the ribbion. I looked around and ran to Riku. He looked at me and I handed him the ribbion. “thanks, Mari.” he said. He gave me a hug and he kissed my head. I knew he loved it. I held my box close to my body and he had me put his ribbion in it. He put his arm around me and we walked on the beach. I stayed away from the water, I saw an ambalence and I looked at Riku. We run towards it and I saw a body bag. I saw the man from the boat in the bag and took a step back. Tears filled my eyes. A officer walked over to us. “ I’m Special agent Dinoso. I’m going to have to ask you to leave.” he said. I looked at Riku. “that could have been me.” I whispered. Another officer walked over. “I’m Special Agent McGee.” he said. I looked at him. “I know him.” I said, pointing to the man in the bag. “I don’t know his name but I was with him the night he died.” I explained. “Gibbs!” he called. A taller man with gray hair walked over. “hey Riku he has the same color hair as you.” I said. Riku gave me a cold look. “kidding.” I said. They showed me their badges and I looked at them. “your coming with us.” the one with the gray hair said. “c-can he come with me?” I asked. They looked at each other. And Riku held me closer. They nodded. And I relaxed a little but Riku only got tenser. I looked up at him and he didn’t look at me. They put us in the back of their car and Agent Dinoso sat in the back with us.
