I woke up with the stupid sun shining in my eyes. “why is Tekxai so freaking happy?! Her and Roxas broke up!” I growled. Crap! Alex hasn’t been around to hang out with Roxas so either Roxas and Tex were going back out or Roxas’s sadness was causing her happiness. I turned into Alex and called up Roxas. “Alex! Are you okay?! Where are you?!” he asked. I sighed. “hey, Roxas… I’m fine. I’m at home.” I explained. “can you meet me at the fountin in a few minutes?” he asked. I rolled my eyes. “sure. I’ll be waiting.” I said with a smile. Right before he hung up I heard him burst into cheers. I hung up the cell phone and took a dark corridor to the fountin in Twilight Town. I walked around the edge as I waited for him. “Hey!” a voice called. My head shot up towards the voice. Zexion stood there staring at me. “hello?” I said confused. “Al-. hi, Zexion… what are you doing here?” Roxas said as he walked towards me. “Roxas? Do you know him?” I asked. “yep.” Roxas said as he looked down. “is he the one who always hangs out with the girl you hate. Marxie! that’s her name. Is he the one?” I said. Roxas nodded and Zexion glared at him. I went to take a step forward but slipped and fell into the freezing, icey, water. My hair clung to my face and neck, my winter dress clung to my body, and my fur boots filled with the cold water. “Alex!!” Roxas yelled as he run to me. He reached his hand out towards me and I grabbed it tightly. He pulled my towards him and out of the water. I shook as the winter wind blew against my freezing body. Roxas pulled off his coat and wrapped it around me snuggly. We watched as Zexion fanished into a dark corridor. Roxas held my makeup smeared face in his hands and kissed me. I pulled away. “Could we go someplace warm and with dry clothes? Please.” I whispered through chattering teeth. He nodded and opened a dark corridor. We stood in front of Riku’s house. The Christmas lights were amazing. “I promise I wont even think-. I promise I’ll try not to think about killing them.” he said. I smiled. “thanks.” I walked up to the door and knocked. “Riku!!!” I yelled. I heard someone running down the stairs and then Riku opened the door. “Alex! What the hell happened to you?!” he asked as he pulled me inside. Roxas followed silently behind us. “I fell into the fountin at Twilight Town…” I whispered. The last thing I wanted to do was loose my voice. That was not easily repaired. “I’ve got some of Marie’s clothes that she left upstairs. I’ll go get them.” he said as he ran upstairs. I smiled thankfully. He ran back down with an armful of winter clothes. “take your pick.” he said with a smile. I looked at him suspiciously. He wasn’t acting like himself. “you okay?” I asked. He laughed and nodded. “yeah! Why?” he asked with a smile. “just checking on my friends.” I said. I picked out a red velvet dress that would go down to my knees with white fur trim. The white leggings with red sparkley flatts completed the outfit. “thanks…” I whispered. I hugged him and he held me tight. Something was bothering him.
