His gorgeous blue eyes look into my own. I blush when I see that I've been staring and look down.
"Are you guys going into the woods?" He says pointing to the milky white cow and smiling his perfect white teeth.
"Yea we are." I smile slightly.
"Is it okay if I tag along?" he asks.
"Sure." I reply.
"I'm Jason by the way." He smiled again. Cheerful kid. I chuckled at my own joke. "Whats so funny?"
"Oh nothing, and I'm Amie. That's Hazel and Greg. That's Golgi." I pointed to my friends and he nodded.
We started to walk, finally making it inside the woods. I look at my feet as I walked down the trail.
Golgi liked her lips and lead us down her path. We kept walking until we saw a small cottage.
"I am not going in there!" Greg exclaimed backing away from the house.
"It's not like there's a witch in there Greg." I teased. He glared and I stuck my tongue out at him.
"Come on Greg. Mom said she had to save Uncle Hansel when they were kids. Does that mean I would have to save you?" She joked looking at him. His cheeks turned bright red. Hazel and I broke out into fits of laughter.
"You guys are so childish." He pouted and crossed his arms.
"Says the one throwing a fit." Jason proclaimed and stuck his thumbs into his ears. We laughed harder and we practically were rolling on the ground. Soon everyone was laughing. After we calmed down we decided to knock on the door. Everyone voted for me to knock on the door. I knocked three times, no answer.
"We have got to get in there." Golgi said squinting her eyes angrily.
"That would be breaking and entering. I am not going to jail for breaking and entering!" Greg shouted.
"I know how to pick a lock." I replied to Golgi, ignoring Greg. Her face lightened up as her eyes filled with glee. I took out a bobby pin out of my hair and bent it a certain way so that I would be able to pick the lock.
"We wouldn't go to jail for this. We could be saving a house. They could of left the stove on and left without noticing. Or they could have fell asleep while cooking!" Golgi replied in a harsh tone to Greg. I laughed, and Jason smirked at the two.
