I wonder
Would it ever be possible
To have the knowledge to read a person
The way one reads a book?Complexions that reveal a whole lifetime
Spent chasing the sun, Of breathing
In the scents that are only found
Where the sea greets the landLines of laughter worn proudly on faces
Boldly showing the world
That this is happiness
And sharing the love with othersScars cut into skin are never put on display
Remaining hidden by clothing
Removal of said items increases anxiety
Nobody wants to discuss past painsFor the stories etched on somebody's skin
In their wrinkles, freckles and scars
Would it reveal their true nature
I wonderA/N Thankyou so much for all of your lovely messages, it really brightens my day ❤❤
