Elliot is taken into surgery a few hours later. He is put under anaesthetic, and the transplant is in process.
It is a complete success. And now Elliot is down a kidney.
He is kept under supervision until he makes a recovery from the surgery.
Olivia is shortly going into surgery, she has already been briefed on what will happen and what to expect.
Hours later.
Olivia wakes up from her anaesthetic and is greeted by her doctor.
"Olivia, I'm glad you are awake. I need to do a few checks on you, is that okay?" Doctor Meloni asks
"Erm, yeah" she says groggily as she sits up straight.
"Okay, how do you feel?"
"I, Erm, I'm okay"
"Do you feel any pain at all?"
"Well I've just woke up, but I don't think so"
"Great. I'll be back in around an hour to do some more checks, but it appears the transplant was a success"
