The Flame Torch: Chapter Four

My name is Alyssa Thomas, and I've lost all of my memories about myself. My friends and I have escape the Games called Capture The Flag but leaving some incredibly great friends behind. I have found out that we were being used for TV amusement by these TV host and who has created the Games of Capture The Flag. Watch out Elizabeth Winter because we're coming for you.

It has been a week since we've arrived here. And it's weird. Because we don't have to do anything but relax. Something is up, but what? I have this feeling that we're not safe here, but we are actually. I don't know but I know something isn't right.

I got out of bed to do some investigating. It was started to irritate me, because I have this suspicion about this place. Something just wasn't right here. I creeped out of bed that I shared with Aris. I crept out of the room into the hallway. I looked right from left to make sure it was safe and no one was in sight.

I started walking out of the hallway into the kitchen and lounge area of the house. I walked to the sliding door and unlocked it and quiet as I could be. I looked around to see if anyone was following me. Once I didn't see anyone I slid the door open quietly as I walked out and closed the door again.

I started walking outside at night as I walked across the path of this place. My head was down and my hands were in my hoodies pockets. I kept walking around, trying to find anything un normal. But everything looked normal. I sighed as I kept walking.

A few hours later and still nothing. I decided to give up and went back to the house. But I haven't given up my suspicions about this place.

A few hours and morning has finally arrived. I was the first person up since I snuck out last night. After everyone was awake which was around nine in the morning a StarWars Guard walked in. Jeez some privacy much!

"Good morning ladies and gents. You have a meeting to attend too. And the meeting is an hour away. We advise you to get ready in the hour." He said as he walked out the door. I frowned. Why do we have meetings and interviews? And why do we have to go?

I was already dressed and I couldn't be bothered to get into fancy clothes. I got up and walked outside.

I walked towards Grace's and Josh's house as I knocked on the door. Grace answered the door as a smile showed on her face.

"Hey Alyssa, what's up?" She asked as I smiled at her.

"Do you have a meeting to go to?" I asked her as she nodded.

"Yeah? How did you know?" She asked me as a confused expression masked her face.

"Because, I have one to go to too?" I replied as she nodded in response. "Maybe you can come with us so you don't have to wait or anything?" I asked her as she smiled warmly.

"Sure...I'll get Josh." She says as she walked inside to get him. I waited outside patiently for them. I didn't mind since we have an hour to get ready. "Okay, let's go." Grace said as Josh was behind her. I smiled as we all walked back together to my house.
