"kaylie wake up.." ethan tapped my shoulder, it was still dark,

"what time is it?" i yawned opening my eyes and sitting up turning my attention to ethan,

"its 4:18 am i couldn't sleep, do you wanna go get some ice cream?" he smiled cheekily,

"of course!" i giggled and got out of bed, i pulled ethan and grabbed his and my phone, i walked over to the hotel room door and slipped on my shoes throwing ethan his, once we had our shoes on ethan grabbed the key and opened the door, we walked into the hallway and saw a middle aged couple smiling and holding hands walking back to their room, the lady smiled at me and i smiled back. we walked down the narrow hallway (if thats a thing?) and pushed the down button on the elevator

"what kind are you going to get?" ethan smiled as we walked out of the elevator and into the small ice cream shop, luckily the hotel was generous and made it open 24/7,

"chocolate!" i giggled and pulled him over to the counter, "um i would like a waffle cone with 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream and can i get sprinkles and a cherry on top please?" i smiled at the lady behind the counter, she nodded and put what i wanted into the computer and looked at ethan,

"can i have a waffle cone with 2 scoops of pecan ice cream? and some whipped cream, please" he smiled, i grinned and handed her he money, "i was gonna pay!" he whined

"haha" i giggled, i thanked her as she handed us our ice cream, me and ethan walked over to this round table in the back of the shop, i sat down in the chair across from ethan and started eating my ice cream,

"kaylie?" ethan said as we finished our ice cream,

"yes?" i said looking at him,

"i was wondering if you wanted to be my um..girlfriend.." he blushed and smiled widely,

"i would love to be your girlfriend" i smiled and wrapped my arms around him,
