Hey Guys! I am so sorry to have not updated in so long. I have been really busy with college work! I hope you enjoy this chapter.

To those who have read TPOBAIB, and have followed the casting, there has been a change in Amay Kashyap. Vikrant Massey (pic attached) is the new Amay! [Yay or nay?]

Chapter 5: How To Deal With Dem Boiz: A Sequel By Amz

Jan 28, 2017:

Today was the last day in the Mother land. My flight to Heathrow was at 2am, so the whole battalion had accompanied me to the airport.

There were at least 25 of us, and the security guards were looking at us as though we were insane.

"Bye Kandha." Mom sniffed. "You take care, okay? And please call us once you reach!"

"Yes, Mom. You don't worry about me! You please take care of Dad. He has been watching a lot of Downton Abbey and I'm afraid he's slowly turning into a middle-aged British woman." I said.

This was true. My Dad had taken over the title of Biggest Drama Queen in our family. He had binge watched all the seasons of Downton Abbey (because of his new found obsession of all things British).

"Amz, let's go get a coffee before you leave." Amay suggested.

"Oh my God, brother. You understand me completely." I sniffed playfully. "All these Brits spend all day drinking tea, I can't even."

"At least Amma put a few packets of coffee powder in your bag."

"Yeah, bless that woman," I nodded. "Next time I see your ugly face, you'll be a whole year older. Please make sure you don't grow an ugly moustache."

"Maybe I will. That way, you'll have to come back." He muttered.

"You know I have to work in my holidays, right? Otherwise I would catch the first flight back home."

"Stupid London."

We stood there awkwardly sipping our coffee when he said, "So 'sup bro?"

"You know you were the one who dragged me here, right?"

Before he could say anything Rutu and Naina ran towards us demanding for a selfie.

"Although I hate to admit, I'm going to miss you two dipshits." I said, hugging my baby sisters.

"Aw, we'll miss you too Ammi." Naina sniffed.

Before I knew it, it was time to go. I gave hugs to everyone one last time and then went to fist punch Amay.

Amay and I have never been ones to show affection to one another. Our way of showing affection is by beating each other up. But today this brother of mine took me by surprise by pulling me into a tight hug. Before I could burst into tears, I muttered a goodbye to the fam and was on my way.

One week later:

My jet lag took exactly five days to wear off. I had given all my friends their gifts from India last night (anklets and earrings for the girls and Kurtas for the guys). It was pretty simple, as I had gone all out for them for Christmas.

I spent the rest of the day in my cozy apartment eating pizza. I hadn't had the chance to spend time with Noah ever since I came back, so at around 7, I called him to get ice cream with me.

He was unnaturally quiet today but like classic Amz, that didn't stop me from loudly licking my ice cream.

"So how were your holidays?" I asked as we were aimlessly walking around.
