Mythical Crew

We began to drive for a while until Mark pulled up to what looked like a studio. And guess who was standing there... Rhett and Link!
Today is going to be EPIC, I thought taking out my ear buds and putting my phone away in my pocket. Mark and I got out of the car.

"Hey Maddie", Rhett said. "Are you ready to take a walk on the mythical side?",.

"Are you seriously going to make that kind of joke?", I said laughing.

"Oh you better get use to it", Link said. I have both of them a hug.

"I owe you guys one for taking her today", Mark said. "And some one  should be by very soon to take her off your hands",.

"No problem Mark we needed a few extra hands to help around here plus I bet she won't be a problem at all", Rhett said.

"Okay well Maddie be a good kid for Rhett and Link", Mark said waving goodbye and driving away.

"Come on let me show you around", Link said taking me by the hand and leading me into the studio. To my left I could see the stage where the show took place every weekday and it was so cool.

"This is the set", Rhett said pointing to the stage area. Then I felt something hit the back of my head and turned around to see Rhett and Links kids holding nerf guns and laughing.

"Okay kids go shoot your moms", Rhett said. The kids ran off after Rhett spoke.

"On the weekends the kids come down here and handing out with the crew", Link explained.

Then a lady came towards us that had blonde hair.

"Oh, Lizzie, this is Maddie, she is Mark Fishbachs daughter, and Maddie, this is our writer and producer, Lizzie", Link said.

"Oh nice to meet you", Lizzie said shaking my hand. "The guys talk about you a lot",.

"It's nice to meet you too and it sure is a honor to be on the set", I said.

"Well, I hope you like messy stuff because in the back a few of the crew is getting set up for this weeks episodes", Lizzie said. "I think Chase is back there too",.

"Chase is the guy who always comes onto the show and is like the showman and shows off the prizes and stuff like that", Link said to me.

"Cool", I said. It had been a while since I had seen the show but Uncle Bob watched it and talked about it a lot.

"Anyway I have to go pick up lunch for the crew so see ya later Maddie and nice meeting you", Lizzie said walking out the door.

"You too", I called.

"Come on let's go see everyone else around here", Rhett said. They took me to the back were I saw two long tables with computers along them and people looked to be working while a few people were playing thumb war or eating lunch. I wondered what they were gonna do with me.
