Chapter 8: Where is it?

Shelby POV:
"Mel, where could it be? We left it right here!"
"Who do you think took it?"
"So far, I have 3 suspects. First is Barry and Ronaldo. Second is The coach. Third is the Diva sisters."
"I don't think that it's the coach..."
"Or Barry and Ronaldo..."
"It's the Divas sisters!"
"Hey! I was just gonna say that!"
"They probably don't like me because I am the new kid here."
"Ya! Let's go find them and ask them if they have seen our necklaces!"
In the hallway 3:00 after school
The divas sisters are at their lockers when Melissa and Shelby walk up to them and ask...
Shelby POV:
"Hey.....um...hi...have you guys seen blue sparkling necklaces? We left them on the counter in-"
"Oh...you mean these?"
(The sisters show the necklaces)
"Um...exactly! Can you just let go of them so we can have them back?"
"Let's see.......NO!!!👹😅"
"Why not?"
"Because they are mine now! Mwahaha! If you want them you have to do something in return..."
"Ok...what do we have to do?"
Veronica POV:
(The leader of the diva sisters)
What should I make them do? Hmmmm.....something.....painful!!!
"You! Curly brown hair!"
"Me?"
"What's your name?"
"Melissa"
"Ohh...is Melissa gonna cry to her mommy because someone took something from her? Ohhh! That's so cute! Hahaha! To get this necklace back...you must say in front of the whole school...don't talk to me, don't even look at me because I don't deserve to be here!"
"W-w-w-when?"
"Hummm.....tomorrow at the assembly!"
(Melissa breaths in and out heavier than the last and says...
"If it will get my necklaces back...ill do it."
"But Mel, what if they don't give the necklaces back? Then, we will think of something..."
"See you then! Hahahahaha!"
The sisters leave their lockers with Melissa and Shelby worrying their hearts out.
"Shel, I don't know if I can do this..."
"But I think that so far, this is the only way to get our necklaces back. I just hope that this works..."
