A mist of tears flowing over the faces of far distant hills,
tumbling into their open mouthed valleys,
lapped by thirsty earth's tongue into the belly of her existence
to nourish the sprouting genius of nature's artistry.
Warm as a whisper across summer's laughing cheek,
tender as the Wren's breath upon her snuggled brood,
glitter scattered and as quickly gathered in the breeze.
Mosaic pieces tumbling into rainbow communities
on the curvature of quick drawn cloud,
joining coloured nations in friendships clasp
bent on the same simplicity of purpose.
Sea-sky's children,
skipping across the tiled playground of unreality
and into the soft fields of nurture
making music in showers of smiles.
Gathered grain streaming from abundant hoppers,
tumbling over the ever open arms
outstretched to contain exuberance,
saturating the landscape of my conception.
Shattered shards of a crystal goblet,
crushed in the intensity of heaven's grasp,
bursting upon unprotected flesh with a scorpion's sting.
An avalanche of busy boulders
pounding with urgent energy against the unsuspecting calm,
sucking agitated air into their tumultuous wake
gathering speed as they travel the caverns of ill conceived construction.
