--A/N: this is a bit of a filler chapter. More interesting stuff to come--

--Dylan's POV--

It was Andy and I on his bus. We were on the couch watching Adventure Time. I sat next to him, my legs thrown over his lap. I had out my phone, scrolling through Twitter. Andy watched the TV intently. His hand rubbed small circles on my knee. Socks came bounding out of the kitchen. I had brought him over with me.

"Hi Socks," I said and moved my legs to pick him up. Andy whined a bit at my change in position. I rolled my eyes and placed the kitten on my lap. He was getting big, and was on solid food now. This was our fourth day in the state. We leave the day after tomorrow. Aideen really hit it off with Alan, and he even invited her to finish the tour with them. She agreed, but only after arguing for about an hour. I scratched Socks behind his ears. He purred lightly. I smiled, my tongue sticking out between my teeth.

"So cute," Andy said and leaned his chin on my shoulder.

"I know, I love cats," I absently replied. Andy laughed a bit.

"I was talking about you," he said and kissed my cheek. I blushed slightly, and continued staring down at the grey kitty cat. I booped Socks' nose, and he sneezed in reply. I giggled at that. Cats are really cute.

"You think we should get Socks a collar?" I asked and looked at Andy. He smiled and nodded enthusiastically. "Ok, go get dressed and we'll go to the pet store." Andy stood and went to the bunk room. I stood and went to text Oli, telling him where I was going. I looked down at myself. I had on a baggy Batman t-shirt and black yoga shorts. I was presentable enough. I nodded and picked Socks up from the couch when Andy emerged. He also wore a Batman shirt. I rolled my eyes and grabbed his hand. I knew there was a pet store in walking distance, mainly because I looked it up a few minutes ago. I walked with Andy's hand in my right hand and Socks in my left. The latter mewed softly.

"We should get him a Batman collar," Andy said, tugging me along. I breathed heavily and tried to catch up to him.

"Andy, slow down! Not all of us have fucking gazelle legs!" I shouted playfully. He slowed so that both of us were at a comfortable pace. Well, his was kind of slow, but it was fine.

"I'll go find a collar, you get his name tag made," Andy said and took off. I rolled my eyes, but went to the name tags anyway. I did everything I needed to, and Andy strolled over, holding a tiny Batman collar. We bought everything. And by "we", I mean Andy. He wouldn't let me pay. We sat on a bench and put the tag on the collar. The tag was just a circle. It had Socks Sykes on the first line, my address on the second, my house number on the bottom, and a note about if on tour on the back. I fit the collar on Sock's neck. He meowed happily.

"Alright, let's go." I said and stood. Andy stood and we walked back to his bus. He had his arm around my shoulders on the entire trip back.
