"Dorothy Swan is…..", Smith was about to finish his sentence when his mother came in the room interrupting him.
"Boys, it's bed time", She said. "Come on, go to bed". Aunt Amanda waited for everyone to go to their beds. She turned off the lights and closed the door. "Goodnight".
"Why aren't they answering?", Liam asked himself as he was holding the phone in his hands. "They're probably sleeping. I'll call them tomorrow".
It was 03:00 A.M.. Everyone was asleep except for Daniel. He couldn't sleep, he was thinking about the phone call, and was trying to know who Dorothy Swan is, but he couldn't because he never heard of her name before.
*SKREEEEEK* the closet door made a sound as it opened. Daniel's eyes bulged out and turned around. The room was dark and Daniel could barely see a thing.
Daniel looked at the closet door immediately to see who opened it, but there was nobody there. *SKREEEEEEEEK* the closet door opened widely, but still there was nobody there.
"Hello? Is there anyone there?", Daniel shrieked. "Hello?"
It was total quite. The only sound Daniel could hear is the sound of that squeaky noise the crickets do. Daniel tried going back to sleep because he realized that there was no one there, but suddenly, something fell inside.
Daniel jumped out of bed and fell on the ground. "Ouch", he said quietly as he was trying to get up.
He started moving toward the closet and stood behind the door. He opened it wide-open and froze in his plane with his hand on the light switch.
Daniel took a deep breath, and…..
He flicked the switch but for his shock, the closet was empty. There was no sign of anything that fell. He lowered his head toward the ground and found a small yellow piece of paper.
"Huh?", Daniel said as he bent down and held the piece of paper in his hands.
After Daniel grabbed it, he had a flashback when he first entered the new house with his father and went right straight to the attic. He remembered taking the box with him and dropping something very light but didn't pay attention to it. It was that paper.
"What are you doing here?", Daniel asked the paper as if he's waiting for it to reply. He started checking the piece of paper. He turned the paper around and saw the weird-words on it but he didn't read them. He frowned by just looking at them.
"Daniel?!", someone called him.
Daniel hid the paper quickly in his pocket and turned around, terrified.
It was Timmy. "What are you doing?", he said in a sleepy voice while he was rubbing his eyes.
"No-Nothing", Daniel lied. "I heard something and I was just going back to sleep, don't worry". Daniel quickly went to his bed and buried himself under the blanket.
It was a wonderful morning. The girls were having so much fun in the garden. "Hahahaha", the girls laughed as they were playing in the garden. They were running and jumping all around and Raimonda was sitting on the swing watching the girls and laughing at what they're doing.
Liam was still sleeping.
The girls were running behind each other when Christina suddenly stopped causing her sister to hit her from behind. "Ouch Christina, why did you stop?", Miranda asked, rubbing her head.
Christina was staring at Liam's bedroom window. "Look, Miranda", Christina pointed at the window.
"Huh?", Miranda said. She followed where her sister was pointing at and her sight landed on Liam's bedroom window.
