Liam's eyes and Daniel's eyes were about to pop out of their heads. They couldn't believe what they had heard.
Timmy didn't give any attention to the subject. He probably didn't remember who Dorothy Swan is.
"Is there something wrong?", Dorothy asked. She had a grin on her face as if she was planning for something.
"Uh. No. Not at all", Liam said. He smiled at her. He was trying to act natural and not worried at all. He noticed that Daniel was worried too, but Liam has no idea that Daniel knows about Dorothy Swan.
"Welcome. Welcome", Daniel repeated. He approached her and shook her hand. He didn't want anyone to know that he knows her dark secret.
"Show her the kitchen", Timmy suggested. "We are starving".
Everyone looked at Timmy in an I wanna hit you look.
"Timmy!", Liam bulged his eyes out at Timmy. "Shut up!".
He looked back at Dorothy and gave her a smile. He's gonna look like an idiot if he keeps on doing that.
"No, It's fine", Dorothy said. "I'll cook you something". She followed Daniel's direction to the kitchen.
Their kitchen was big. Full of utensils. Full of ovens and microwaves. It was full of everything.
"Hmm", Dorothy hmm-ed. "That would make a very good place".
Daniel didn't understand what Dorothy was talking about.
He looked at her in a confused way.
"A nice good place for what?", Daniel asked.
Before Dorothy could even reply, Liam and the girls walked in the kitchen. "So?", Liam asked.
Daniel was sitting in his bed. He looked at the clock. It was 3 AM.
He was thinking.
Thinking about everything.
Thinking about how did Dorothy is still alive after all these years?
Thinking about what did she mean when she said "That would make a very good place".
Questions were running in his mind. So many questions that Daniel didn't have answers to.
Suddenly, the door started to open. Opening slowly. Daniel didn't know what to do. He was freaking out.
Someone was standing there. That someone was small. Daniel waited for his eyes to adjust to the darkness.
"Christina!", Daniel let out a sigh of relief. He had his hand on his heart. "You scared me".
Christina started walking toward Daniel's bed. "I'm sorry", she said. "I want to go the bathroom but I'm scared". She had a puppy look on her face.
"I'm not going with you, Christina", Daniel rejected. "You're old enough to go by yourself".
He was mean. That poor little girl just wanted someone to go with her to the bathroom. She was just afraid.
"What a brother you are!", Christina gave him a look and walked away.
She got out of his room and started heading downstairs. She walked past the living room and started heading to the bathroom when she heard something.
She stopped for a second to make sure that she did hear something.
She listened very carefully. Christina was right. She did hear something. It was coming from the kitchen.
