Chapter 10

No one spoke to me the whole way home, Grayson kept on looking at me now and then but I just ignored him and looked straight ahead of me.

Ethan kept on trying to put his music loud but miss Dolan told him to turn it down every time.

I'm guessing she's supper pissed with me but I don't understand why she brought everyone with her.

We pulled up outside the house and everyone climbed out without a word said to each other.

When we got inside I tried to go upstairs but miss Dolan stopped me and told me to sit down in the living room.

Of course everyone else had to sit and listen.

"Scarlett what were you think" Brody spoke first, he was sat across from me next to miss Dolan and Cameron, Ethan and Grayson were sat either side of me, even though Ethan looked like he wanted to sit somewhere else by the look on his face.

"You can sit somewhere else you know" I said to Ethan but he just nodded then sat on the floor near Brody, I'm guessing their getting along.

"Scarlett" I looked up at miss Dolan and she had a disappointed but upset look on her face "I thought you got kidnapped I honestly was worried sick" I sighed and sat back in the seat.

"I was safe" Brody huffed and rolled his eyes "Scarlett that's not the point, you lied and you went back to Jordan" obviously I'm going to go there.

"Jordan's not a bad person Brody" I snapped back at him "but he's not a good influence either" he was true but I don't care.

"Scarlett, they've given us a home, somewhere to sleep, a safe place and this is how you treat them, it's not nice and right know I'm sort of disappointed to call you my sister" I looked up at Brody in discussed.

"Brody that's not nice to say to your sister" Grayson spoke up "she's your sister, she's only made one mistake" why is he doing this.

"Yeah but Grayson you don't know her this isn't the first time she's do this" well here come all my secrets.

"Well tell me what she's done to make you hate her" I felt like punching both of them in the face right know "I'll leave that for her to explain" Grayson looked at me but I just shrugged my shoulders.

"That's enough boys, Scarlett can we talk separately please" I nodded then we both went into the kitchen.

When we got into the kitchen I stood by the door and miss Dolan went over to the kettle "want one" I shook my head then walked over to the table and chairs.

"Scarlett I am I little bit disappointed" I sighed and looked down at me hands "I honestly thought you were going to the cinemas and when you didn't come home last night I was getting so worried but Brody said to leave you alone" I sighed and started playing with the ring on my finger, the rings from my mum.

"Then first thing this morning when I didn't find you in your bed or even downstairs I told everyone to get in the car so we can search for you, that's when Brody told me he knows where you would be" I looked up and miss Dolan was stood right in front of me with her coffee.

"I honestly thought you would never come back, I was so worried, I thought someone had taken you" I rolled my eyes "I don't know why you got worried it's not like I'm your daughter" as soon as I said that I regretted it because her face dropped even lower.

"Scarlett that's not the point, I took you in as your guardian and I class you as my daughter, yes you've only been living here for 3 days but your still apart of the family" I could fell the tears welling up in my eyes.

"Scarlett can you promise me something?" I looked up at her "never go back there please" I can't promise that.

I didn't answer her I just ran out the room and shot upstairs.

Grayson and miss Dolan tried to stop me but I ignore them both and just dived on the bed face first.

I don't really know why I'm crying because she only said not to go back there but I'm not going to listen to her.

Just as I was about to doze off my bedroom door swung open, it was Grayson.

"Leave me alone" I said but he didn't listen, he decided to sit down at the end of the bed.

"Scarlett I know we haven't spoken at all and I've come across as an idiot or stuck up but honestly I'm not" I looked at him confused.

"What I'm trying to say is I'm here if you need to talk" shall I speak to him about it.

The room went silent and to be honest with you it was a nice silence.

"Kids teas ready" miss Dolan shouted from downstairs.

"You coming" Grayson said whilst he got up and headed towards the door.

I shrugged my shoulders "well I'll leave a spot next to me if you decided to come down" he said then left the room shutting the door behind him.

I sat there for about 10 minutes deciding whether I should go down or just go to sleep.

I eventually decided to just go down otherwise I would be starving tomorrow morning and I'm not a breakfast person so i would go hungry all day.

When I got into the kitchen everything went silent and they all looked my direction.

Grayson patted the seat next to him so I went over and sat down.

"Ignore them and just eat you tea" Grayson whispered into my ear, I just smiled.

Everyone finished way before me and not one of them spoke to me they all just left the room without a word.

But as soon as they got into the living room they started speaking.

It's like they all hate me know, like yes I understand I messed up but I had to go see my friend to let him know I was safe.

It's not like I'm not going to do it and Brody should of know that.

I'm not going to change for no one.

Graysons PoV

It's so hard to keep my eyes off her she's so pretty and she's got an Amazing personality.

I can't do anything though because I've got a girlfriend and she most probably wouldn't like me anyway.

I would love to know more about her, I wish she would open up to me.

"I'm in the game room if you need to talk" I said to her when I walking past her whilst she was washing up.

I so hope she comes and watches me and maybe open up but I have a feeling she won't.
