Sneaking Out

The problem with sneaking out is that your parents don't know where to look for you.
For example, by the time they find you in this cage, you'll be dead

Those words haunted me as I fell asleep after another dinner-less night in the cage. I dreaded every waking moment the day I snuck out to a party last week. At least I think it was last week, it could have been months.

The man who took me laughed constantly at me. He would come downstairs and eat food in front of me while the tears slowly slipped down my face. I had no idea when I would escape. No way of getting away.

No one would find me and if they do

I would be too far gone from reality
