(Bella)
I forgot to take something with me. I am wearing shorts and a tank top, I got a hoodie and I slip it on as I walk. I did manage, however, to snatch up a bit of mum's cooking and an apple. Mum almost chopped my hand off when I grabbed one of her creations. She's very protective of them and I can understand why, they're delicious!
I throw the last one in my mouth and I favour the taste. It sends warmth down my belly as I feel it filling me up. I look at my apple. I don't really want to eat it, but I guess I should now that I have it. I took it out of impulse so that mum would leave me alone.
I take a bite and I turn the corner to Phoebe's street. My eyes widen slightly as I recognise someone whom I haven't seen in a while, months I think.
"Hey, Oreo, that's the girl, isn't it?" A girl with bright pink hair asks Oreo.
Oreo turns to me and snickers. I notice that she has dyed out her black and white hair now but she still has the same round face. Her hair is back to its normal colour, a dirty blonde. It looks good, I must admit.
"Isabella Maori, we have finally found you" Oreo says, a snicker forming on her lips. "Do you know how long it took to track you down?"
I bite my apple and watch her with a straight gaze. "Oh, hey cookie crumb, long time no see"
Oreo growls and I notice that most of her girls are surrounding me, forming a circle to block me off. I watch them all from the corner of my eye as I eat.
"Don't you get high and mighty with us!" Oreo yells she motions for the girls to move in and I watch silently, making my plan in my head. "Bitch, I've looked for you ever since the beginning of high school when I thought that you were coming to the same high school as me"
I sigh. "I specifically said that I was going to Arrowsmith high school. All through year 7 I said this" I bite my apple and roll it around to eat the other side. "I even said this year 6 and 5 and even year 4, so I don't know why you thought I would go to Easton high"
Oreo grits her teeth and moves towards me. "Are you calling me an idiot?"
I shrug. My apple is almost finished. "I dunno, am I?" I raise my eyebrows.
Oreo steps back. "Get her"
I take the last bite of my apple. I throw it to the side as all the girls charge towards me fists poised and some with their fists in the air. I have counted them all. There are 8 of them. At least she knows how to recruit, I can give her that.
I crunch my feet to steady myself and I get ready to punch the first chick that is placing herself in front of me. I jab my fist into her stomach with force and I dodge my head down as the girl behind me tries to knock my head off. The chick I just punched falls to the ground and I turn to face the remaining 6. Oreo has decided to exclude herself from this... like always.
I kick anyone in range and soon I find most of them on the floor, clutching unto parts of their body. I huff as I realise that most of these girls don't actually know me. Oreo still has trio of two girls backing her up, but the others are strays, she's picked them up from somewhere.
In a fit of anger, I punch and kick the two girls breathing for air. They both fall on the ground, gasping for air and adding to the pile of females. I feel a sharp pain on shoulder as something hard hits me. I move quickly as the person attacks again and I pull the bat out of their hand with force. The girl looks frightened once I have the bat. She cowers back and runs away. That was the last girl. I throw the bat at her head and she trips unto the ground, face first. That's going leave a mark.
"Hey," I say turning to Oreo who looks beyond pissed. "Where did you get these girls, they are a fraction better than the ones you had last time, they actually landed a kick or two on me"
