Hello, everyone. I hope you're doing well. I know I am.

Now, I don't know who your favorites are. But my favorite is Beyoncé. I suggest you scroll on over and give Lemonade a listen if you haven't already. Alright, that is all. Thank you.

Enjoy!

Toni awoke slowly, a ringing in her head. The sound only seemed to grow louder as she realized that it was not just in her mind. She opened her eyes and shot up as she noticed her unfamiliar surroundings.

The gravity of what she had done hit her.

The ringing dulled as her heartbeat quickened in her ears. What had she done? Now Tommy would never take her back.

She heard John move beside her.

"Good morning, beautiful," he said, looking up at her.

Her attention went to him, "John, no." She was panicked. "This was wrong and you know it."

He sat up and moved closer to her; she covered herself with the sheets.

"John," she warned him.

He ran his hands along her skin. "I'm proud of what we've done," he said, embracing her.

Toni stood quickly and said, "Go answer your telephone," with tears in her eyes.

She went to dress herself and John did as he was told.

He rolled his eyes and made his way to the receiver. It must have been ringing all morning.

"Hello," he said into it.

"John, it's Tommy, I need your help, mate. I made a reckless mistake and now I can't find her." Tommy's speech was low and depressed. He sounded like he hadn't slept in days.

"John... fuck, John! Can you hear me?"

A mix of emotions swirled in John. Guilt. Fear. Anger.

"John, I need you to help me find her."

But all John could focus on were thoughts of Toni and the night they spent together.

She moaned.

"Johnny, I'm worried she's not safe. I let my anger get the best of me and made a mistake, mate."

She screamed for him.

"John, I don't know if you can hear me,"

She held him tight as he came for her over and over again.

"...but I need your help."

She came for him as the bed shook.

She moaned for him.

"John?"

Anger is what he felt. Anger and self-righteousness.

"Yes, Tommy, I hear you."
