Aro Point Of View

I looked down at

the picture of her. The

start of the Volturi. The

creator of me. Adonia.

My mate. I shivered at

her glorious beauty. When I first met

Adonia, I was a weak human. Nothing

more then an ant in this large world. My

knowledge of the vampire world was

nothing. My people and I had our stories

but no one had seen any. That is, until

we were attacked by one. Adonia. I had

never seen such beauty. Her body moved

in such a graceful way and her angelic

voice mesmerized you. When Adonia

found me, her eyes were something I had

never seen before. They were the

brightest green that enchanted me. She

made me into what she was and we

collected people. Adonia had the idea of

controlling the vampire world, making it

peaceful. The Volturi was made at once.

We ruled together in peace for centuries.

When I was first created though, I

did not understand why I had bright red

eyes while Adonia had green. Adonia

said her eyes were of power. She could

control the minds of anyone she saw if

she actually tried. Adonia was the most

powerful vampire I had ever seen. She

was a great threat because of her eyes.

No one could not be put under her spell.

The night when Adonia was taken

away from me was a mess. Soldiers

burned down the first Volturi building. All

the vampires Adonia and I created

together got out safely but Adonia, oh my

poor Adonia. She was trampled by the

left wings wall and was crushed. Then,

burned.

I sighed down at her picture. In the

beginning of her death, I was a mess, not

anymore. Over the centuries, I have

grown to accept the fact that my Adonia

is gone and I have to keep the Volturi

going no matter how hard it is.

I listened for Jane to come. Her quiet

footsteps were quickly walking towards

us. Two days ago, I had sent her to find

out how Bella's and Edward's little one

was doing. The doors flung open and in

walked Jane. Her red eyes were shining

and her smile was wide. "Good evening

Jane," I smiled. "You bring me good

news?"

Sh nodded her head. "The Cullen's

have added a new member. A blond

one."

"Oh really?" I asked with a raised

eyebrow.

Jane looked like she was bouncing

in place. "I would think that we would

need this one in the Volturi with us."

"Why?"

"This blond has green eyes." I

small gasped escaped my lips. I looked

at Adonia again and a small smile

formed on my lips.

"I think it's time to pay a visit to the

Cullen's again."
