Chapter Fifteen | Elissa Springs

Driving to school was quite. 

Octavia had made her own way there for once and every time, I would try to speak to her, she walked off like I wasn't there at all

Every lesson we had together, she wouldn't even look at me, letting me know that she's alright

Just one word would make my day but nothing was said. 

Break and lunch I was alone, she was with people she didn't even like, people she once hung out with

The popular people a.k.a The Plastics   

Damon had tried to speak to me but I brushed him off. 

I didn't want to talk to anyone, all I wanted to know was if my best friend was okay, 

She left me..

And I know even know why.

Coming home after school was the same like always now, father was out getting drunk or something and my brother was in his room or out

I had no one, I didn't even have her

The only person who understood me like no one else

I was breaking down, I didn't have a thing and it hurt, which I hated

Going to bed today was different as I was up all night and I cried knowing that I didn't have my best bud there beside me

Going to school the next day was the same, drove there by myself and went to form.

She still didn't talk to me in our lessons together

Break and lunch I again was alone, I've eaten these two days as I didn't feel like it

After lunch I decided to go up to her and see what was up

Yes I was scared shit less but not knowing if we were okay, hurt me so bad.

I know that I would end up being late for my last period but who cared

Seeing her in the hallway felt different maybe it was because she was with Britney   

I started to walk up to her, my hands shaking but I had to find out, why

Why she left me without a reason. 

I cleared my voice and tapped her shoulder 

She turned around and looked at me, rising her eyebrow like she didn't know who I was to her

"Can I help you" Octavia finally said when I didn't reply 

"I, urm wanted to talk to you" she looked at her to contion with what I was saying "Oct I want to know what your not talking to me, what have I done for this" 

She laughed right in my face as well as Britney "Firstly we were never friends, secondly why done you ask your brother and lastly only my best friends can call me Oct, which your not" 

And next thing I know what's happens, I get punched right in the face, by my only best friend or someone who I used to know.. 

"Stupid bitch" She says before walking off
