Zack opened his eyes. He saw a bright light, at first he thought he was dead then he realized he was in a building and thought a hospital. He heard people talking about a car crash and his sister not making it.
"W-what do you mean m-M-Y sister d-died," he corked out siting up. Standing in front of him were not doctors at all. One was a girl she looked about 25. She had her blond hair up in a neat bun with only her bangs hanging down. A pink dress tied together the whole preppy look, she gave him a great big smile. The girl next to her was the complete opposite. She had black messy hair going in every direction, bags under her already hard eyes, and a cigarette dangling from the side of her lips. The cloths she had on were men's. Zack knew this because she was swimming in them. The ripped black jeans dangled over her bleach and dirt stained converse, her led Zeppelin shirt was so baggy if she didn't tie it on the side with a hair elastic it probably would go to her kneels, and the blue flannels sleeves covered her hands. She had a smirk on her face and Mischief in her eyes. Then she opened her mouth and spoke.
                              "W-w-why w-w-would y-Y-You t-t-t-think t-t-t-that," she mimicked his shaking voice.
"You said she didn't make it," his voice grew with sadness and anger.
"Oh honey when we say didn't make it here that means they are alive," the blond lady told him.
Marla rolled her eyes, damn did Becky annoy her. "Fuck Becky do you annoy me."
"It's not good for women to swear young lady!Just like smoking! Bad for women to do!" She talked to her like she was an old women. This confused Zack very much.
"MOTHER FUCKER SAYING FUCK IS FINE FOR ANYONE AND SMOKING IS BAD FOR EVERYONE THIS ISNT THE 60s ANYMORE!" Marla blew smoke in Becky's face with the side of her mouth that didn't have the cigarette.
Becky glared at her then smiled at Zack. "Hi honey, so I'm going to leave you with Marla because that's what the Mr.Reaper wants," she had such a bitterness in her voice you could tell she didn't want him with her.
"Finally that bitch left," Marla pulled up a chair and sat on it like Mario Lopez in Saved by the bell.
"So let me cut to the chase you died in a car crash your sister didn't. This is your after life."
"But what about heaven and hell?"Zack couldn't see how what looked like a hospital was a after life.
"Aren't you an atheist?" Damn Marla was getting annoyed with this kid. Maybe she should have left him with Becky.
Zack nodded." Yeah I'm an atheist, but what does that have to do with after life? "
"Okay so every religion is right about what happens when you die. There is heaven and hell if you believe in it. If not you come here," Marla explained with little excitement.
"Where is here exactly?" Zack asked.
Marla took the cigarette out of her mouth and held it between her two fingers. She started blowing smoke rings and rolled her eyes. Putting it back in her mouth she started looking threw the tan folder.
She started mumbling something like where the fuck.
"Ah here it is," she sighed.
                              She handed him a flier.
