things your doing wrong ever morning!

Hey guys!! I love you so much!! You guys inspire me remember keep strong! You yes you reading this: your looking beautiful today, your body is exceptional, your smile is perfect and your just super awesome!! You are loved:)

So five things your doing wrong daily:

1. Your alarm- usually we set our alarms to the loudest most ear-piercing and annoying song ever to wake us up, mostly to avoid sleeping through the alarm. However, this is bad, because this causes you to wake up unhappy and mostly annoyed. Then you end up starting your day miserable and frustrated instead we should use a song that we love and that's our happy song, but of course one that's still loud enough to wake us up.

2. Coffee- I personally don't drink coffee, but I know many of you do. Drinking coffee first thing in the morning is bad, this causes bloating and instead of waking up the brain and body it dehydrates the body and slows down your digestive system. Instead of drinking coffee first think drink a large glass or tub (jar-like container obviously not a bath tub) of plain water or lemon water to detox and cleanse out the body and wake up the brain while hydrating the body. Afterwards y'all can drink your poison 😝

3. Breakfast- we usually eat breakfast inside, around a table or in our rooms well at least I do. This is not necessarily bad, but to get a better start in the mornings a little sunlight while having breakfast can help. Having your bowl of cereal outside on the patio or on the balcony can really help your body get ready for the day ahead. Plus let's not forget the good old vitamin D.

4. Brushing your teeth- a lot of us brush our teeth as soon as we get up like me, but how many of us brush it again right after eating? Well we should wait thirty minutes after eating before brushing our teeth why? Well, because brushing your teeth immediately after eating brings all the sugar to the front of your teeth, weakening your enamel and bla bla bla you know the outcome of that already so no need to blab on about it.

5. Showering- a lot of us bathe with a cold shower to wake our bodies up in the morning others use warm water. Well studies show that we are actually suppose to shower with warm water first to relax our muscles since they have been working all night while we were asleep then we are to shower with cold water to cool down the muscles and get the nervous system running. If you don't have warm water or your sibling or roommate always finishes it then you can do a little exercise to warm up and relax your muscles before jumping in the cold shower.
