Chapt. 25 - Staying For A Hangout

~• Nɑʀʀɑtѳʀ'ร pѳѵ •~

As planned the four best friends ( maybe not *cough* IYKWIM *nudge nudge* ) decided to hangout together. They've been through a lot this summer, and like all summers they need to come to an end. Dipper, Mabel, (Y/n) and Bill are going to make the most of this summer. Starting now.

"Hey kids !"

"Wake up or it's gonna pour on ya !" Grunkle Stan said with a bucket of water in his hands.

He sprinkled a bit of the water on everyone's eyes and chuckled. (Y/n) who heard that was quickly caught off guard and shot off her bed. Now that made Bill's floating hammock shook and him falling to the floor faceplanting with his butt in the air.

"We're awake ! No pouring stuffs !" (Y/n) shouted.

Grunkle Stan laughed and said,

"Okay, just get ready for the day now" and he exited the attic room.

You're fully awake now with Mabel and Dipper waking up not so long after. Bill, he's still asleep somehow. Mabel decided to have fun and pushed Dipper towards Bill. Dipper fell and landed face first on Bill's butt with a bruise on his forehead. Bill shot up shocked and looked around,

"NO MY TEDDY !!"

"EW Pine Tree ! Get the hey off my ass" Bill said pushing Dipper away. ( More BillDip XD )

You and Mabel laughed and then everyone went downstairs to get ready for the day.

~• Yѳuʀ pѳѵ •~

This is gonna be so much fun !! First we're gonna go to town, then to the amusement park and then we're gonna play some games back at the shack !

"Hey (Y/n) ! It's time to go. Are you ready ?!" Mabel yelled from downstairs.

I was in the attic room getting ready. I wore my (f/c) crop top and denim bottom with patterned sneakers. Then I placed my phone, money and earphones in my bag. I checked myself through my phone's front camera.

"Im ready Mabel ! Lemme get downstairs !" I yelled back.

I dashed back downstairs seeing everyone ready to go. Mabel with her new doughnut sweater, Dipper with a long sleeve plad shirt, and Bill wore a striped baseball jacket with a snapback. ( Yes, bc I can. Imagine dat tho. )

"Okay, let's go to town !" Mabel said jumping in excitement.

"Bill, teleport us there please ?"

"Sure !" Bill replied to Mabel teleporting us to town.

Once we reached the town Mabel and I were walking together as she gave me a tour. I met so many wierd and different people. I met Wendy with her friends, Tambry, Robbie, Lee, Nate and Thompson. I waved to Wendy as we passed and we decided to chat with them for a while. They were actually pretty cool !

Then I was dragged by Dipper, he showed me the water tower, the flying saucer, and the arcade. In the arcade we stopped for a while and played some games. It was a blast ! Even though we got bored in the end and went out to explore the town some more.

Then Bill came up next to me and asked,

"Hey, (Y/n). Aren't you gonna move here next year ?" he asked.

Then I remembered. My dad gave me the address to our soon-to-be house. I showed Bill the piece of paper and he teleported us there.

"Nice place (Y/n) ! Now you can hang out with me anytime you want !" Bill said excitedly.

"Don't you mean us, Bill ?" Dipper said squinting his eyes and staring at Bill.

"W-well, I mean uh, you guys only come here when it's summer. Y-you know it's not a permanent stay..." Bill replied scratching the back of his neck.

"B-but"

"ERGHH !" Dipper sighed.

I have to admit, it's true. Fipper and Mabel can't hangout with us all the time... Dipper and Mabel are going home at the end of this summer. I wish there's a way to make them stay.

"Hey guys, isn't there a way for you guys to stay ?" I asked.

I don't want the fun to last only in summer. I want it to last forever.

Dipper and Mabel looked at each other. Bill kinda just pokerfaced in the background. I wonder why...

When Bill said that I felt something boil up inside of me. He can't have (Y/n) without a fight. But what he said is partly true. Me and Mabel are only here for the summer. But Im glad (Y/n) reminded us that we can still figure out a way for us to all stay here.

"Why not we ask Grunkle Stan ?" Mabel suggests.

That's a great idea. We can ask Grunkle Stan and Grunkle Ford, then we can ask mom and dad !

"Good idea Mabel ! Let's go back. It's getting dark anyway. The amusement park and playing would have to wait" I said.

Bill teleported us back because walking is for normal people.

We entered the shack and saw Grunkle Stan watching tv and Grunkle Ford on the phone. We set our stuffs down and went to Grunkle Stan.

"Grunkle Stan, Grunkle Stan !" Mabel yelled.

"What is it ? Aren't you kids supposed to be tired ?" Grunkle Stan asks.

"Nah, we still have a bit in us" (Y/n) replied.

"Hey, Grunkle Stan. I was wondering if we could stay here... Y-you know not only in summer..." I asked him.

Grunkle Stan thinks for a while then he replied,

"If it's okay with Ford and you're parents, I guess you can stay"

Our eyes widened in excitement and shock. Me and Mabel quickly dashed to Grunkle Ford who's now sitting on the table.

"Grunkle Ford, Grunkle Ford !" I yelled

"Hey there ! What's all the excitement about ?"

"Can we stay here like forever ? Grunkle Stan said we can if it's okay with you and mom and dad !" Mabel yelled again.

"Woah, calm down. Of course you can stay. But we would need some renovations for the Shack and you'd need to ask your parents" Grunkle Ford explained.

Our grins got wider then I ran to the phone and called mom and dad.

"Hello ?"

"Yeah mom it's me, Dipper"

"Me and Mabel are having a great time here, thanks"

"Hey mom, I was wondering if me and Mabel could stay here for school years too"

"Yeah, move in. We made some great friends here. It's just too hard too leave them behind"

"Can we really ?!"

"Thanks mom !"

"Dad's gonna deliver us our stuffs ?"

"Okay mom ! Thanks, bye !"

I hung up and saw everyone looking at me with hope in their eyes. I grinned.

"Guess what, they said yes !"

Then everyone jumped around. I was excited too ! Now me and Mabel can still be with (Y/n).

I swear I can see Bill raging in the background. ( When have I said this before... )
