Chapt. 27 - RP In The Rain

Yesterday, had been a pretty 'unexplainable' day for me. I went downstairs to meet up with the rest and found them talking about what we might do today. Honestly, it felt good having such great friends and um, potential, *cough* lovers.

"Hey, (Y/n)"

I quickly snapped out of my daze and closed the door behind me,

"Sorry, I was kinda busy thinking" I said looking at Mabel.

"Well, I hope you're thinking about going to the amusement park! Cause that's where we're going!" Mabel proudly announce.

I chuckled and looked at the sky, and as if mother nature is laughing at me right now, a raindrop fell and landed on my nose. I frowned as that single drop of rain turned into a whole rainy day. I mumbled a few things under my breath before Grunkle Ford led us inside.

We all sat in the living room and sighed at the same time. Grunkle Ford chuckled and said,

"A rainy day never stopped me and Stanley from playing. Why not you four put on some raincoats and boots then go out and play?"

Grunkle Ford smiled and went back to the basement lab. We exchanged looks and rushed to put on our rain gear. Then in a blink of an eye, we're all outside splashing in puddles and finally role playing.

"Oh no! Princess (Y/n) has been trapped by the evil rain goddess the Mabelcorn! Nyarrh har blah har!" Mabel said pushing me to a small mud fort she build. I thought it was a great idea to brighten up the mood and played along.

"Aaah! Save me!" I said flailing my arms and giggling at Mabel's umbrella guards. Dipper and Bill looked confused for a while but then they got it and started to play along.

"I shall save you (Y/n)! For I am the dashingly handsome and sexy, sir Bill!" Bill yelled, folding his umbrella into a make-believe sword.

"Unless, the brave, smart and adventurous Dipper saves you first!" Dipper yelled back charging at Mabel and started an umbrella-sword fight with her.

I laughed as Bill pouted, "Fear not! Sir Dipper shall take the Mabelcorn down, but sir Bill shall save the fair maiden!"

But, when Bill ran towards the mud tower, Mabel challenged Bill and Dipper to sword-umbrella fight at once, "I can take down both of you! Blarh har har! And (Y/n) will be kept as my captive!" Mabel said.

I just laughed along as Dipper began to lean down on Mabel, "Oh no! Gravity is increasing in Gravity Falls! And Im being dragged down... Noo!"

"Dipper! Your knightly butt is squishing me! And I have rain water in my nose, Bill! Bleh, bleh" Mabel said as she was being attacked by Dipper's knightly bottom and Bill's rainwater-sword.

"C'mon guys! The Mabelcorn is going to be defeated!" I yelled.

"Not if I can rescue the Mabelcorn!"

We all stopped playing and watched as the rainwater poured down a certain figure's hat and onto his face, "Tad?!"

It was raining today, and surprisingly I've got nothing to do. I've been quite confused since this dimensional twin of my brother came up and kidnapped me. Not only that, but these humans also rescued me. I looked out of my mindscape mansion's window and sighed. Maybe I should see what they're up to.

I changed into my human form and placed on my rain gear. I didn't want to interfere, so I just sat there behind a tree and watched. They seem to be... acting? I really don't know. But it looks like fun.

"Dipper! Your knightly butt is squishing me! And I have rain water in my nose, Bill! Bleh, bleh"

"C'mon guys! The Mabelcorn is going to be defeated!"

I recognize them as the ones who climbed the tower and rescued me. I know they're just acting now, but since it looks fun, I decided to join in and pay them a visit.

"Not if I can rescue the Mabelcorn!" I said.

"It is I, lord Strange and I shall defend the Mabelcorn and keep (Y/n) as her captive!" Tad mentioned as he twirled his umbrella and began poking Bill's side with it.

Bill started to laugh uncontrollably and rolled on the muddy ground, "T-Tad! You know I-Im ticklish!" Bill said in between laughs. Dipper raised his umbrella-sword and Tad helped Mabel up. They both backed up and stood beside you near the mud tower.

"Nobody shall pass!" Mabel yelled, holding her umbrella and stomping the ground.

"Oh save me! Sir dorito and dipping sauce!" (Y/n) said, acting like a complete damsel in distress. Tad and Mabel laughed at the names while Bill and Dipper dashed forwards.

"Go get them my knights and heroes in muddy armor!" (Y/n) also had an idea, even though she's the damsel in distress, she shall fight too! (Y/n) took a lump of mud and rolled it so it would be a mud ball. Then, she threw it at Tad with a perfect shot.

"Ye shall be defeated! The Mabelcorn and lord Tad shall perish! Forwards my knights!"

Dipper and Bill thought it was a great idea to start throwing mud balls and that, started. Bill and Dipper threw a lot of mud balls towards Tad and Mabel until they got really close to your mud tower. They grinned like idiots as they covered Mabel and Tad with mud.

"Your rescue has arrived m'lady" Bill extended his arms towards you.

"Hurry, get (Y/n) before they clean the mud off their faces!" Dipper said.

"NEVER!" Tad yelled and picked up (Y/n) and slung her on his shoulders, "I shall do this for the Mabelcorn!"

Everyone laughed as Tad ran from Bill and Dipper carrying a dizzy (Y/n) on his shoulder. Mabel ran after Tad and laughed as Bill face planted in the mud. In the end, everyone was very tired and out of breath.

"Surrender, Tad and Mabel" Dipper said panting.

"That's evil goddess Mabel to you!" Mabel yelled.

"HELP! SIR BILL IS DOWN! I HAVE MUD IN MY EYES AND NOSE!" Bill said snorting in hope to get rid of the mud from his nose.

The sight of Bill snorting, Mabel and Dipper fighting with mud and Tad running away with (Y/n) fills everyone with uncontrollable laughter. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves until Grunkle Ford called them in.

You were all soaking wet and cold, so everyone said they were going to meet up in the living room after showering and changing. It's a relief that Ford didn't ask about Tad once he came in. And Tad said he wouldn't stay for long since everything in his mansion would be quite chaotic. Once everyone was done you and Mabel sat in the sofa with Bill and Dipper on each armrest.

"Today was great" (Y/n) said as she sipped her hot cocoa, "Agreed" everyone else said.
