Recruitment

Captain America's POV
There was an old military base in Jersey from the 30s in World War II, no one would think to look there. Me and Bucky road there on my motorcycle and set up base at our new home. We already knew everyone in the United States is looking for us, so we had to keep an low profile. "So, what's the plan?" Bucky asked as he attempt to wipe the dust off some of this old equipment "The plan still the same, we need to find Nitro." I told him, and he seem concerned "I know we are super soldiers and all, but there's only two of us against the United States Government and S.H.I.E.L.D. " he explained, as if I already didn't realize this. All of a sudden, the old phone started ringing. Me and Bucky looked at each other, and I walked over and answered the phone "Who is this?" I asked "It's Bruce, and relax I'm not calling to harm Captain." he said, but I wasn't so sure I could believe him. "Why are you calling Doctor Banner?" I asked him "To help you in this battle. Tony doesn't know what he's getting himself into and I refuse to go down with him." he explained "Why should we let you?" I asked "Because I can supply a team for you to fend against Tony and the Avengers." he said, and now he has my attention.

A couple hours later, we heard the alarm which meant there was someone requesting to enter the base. We knew it is Bruce, what we didn't know is who he brung. We opened the door, to see Bruce and with four superheroes behind him. One is Wolverine, an old war buddy of mine back in World War II. The second was a African American woman with white hair and a black jumpsuit with a yellow X on her shirt. Third one is Falcon, an Avenger recruited by me during the attacks in Washington. The fourth is a woman with black hair, a red ans yellow suit with web like things between her arms. She looked a little bit like the kid in Queens, Spiderman. "Captain, meet Wolverine, Falcon, Storm, and Spider-Woman." he introduced and stepped up to them "You realize what you all are getting yourselves into? You are now enemies of the United States, and being hunted by Tony and S.H.I.E.L.D." I explained, and they all nodded "That bullshit law he passed doesn't settle with us. We are more than happy to help kick his ass!" Wolverine exclaimed, and I agreed and said "Alright, welcome to the Resistance."

Ironman's POV
I traveled to the Baxter Building in New York City to recruit the Fantastic Four. With a team like that, especially with two great minds such as Reed Richards and I, Steve doesn't stand a chance. I walked in to see Reed working on something with his lovely wife Susan "I see your up bright and early tinkering with gadgets." I said and walked over to shake his hand "Welcome Tony, make yourself at home." he said so I got an apple off his table and sat right on his couch. Y'know, making myself at home.

Ben Grimm and Johnny Storm then came into the room and sat down next to Reed and Susan. "So, I'm pretty sure none of you live under a rock, so I'm guessing you know about this disagreement me and Captain America are having." I said and they all nodded "Well, I personally want to offer you a spot on The New Avengers." I told them, and Reed seemed shocked and excited. "Us!? We're honored Tony!" he started, which gave me high hopes for his answer "Wait a minute. Don't we get a say in this?" Ben asked, and we all turned to him "Um...of course Ben." Reed hesitated saying "I think the act is bullshit. If a superhero doesn't want to give up their identity, then they shouldn't have too." Ben said and I just sighed because I was so close from recruiting them. "I kinda feel the same. If a dude wanna save the world wearing mask, let 'em." Johnny also added. "Guys, why can't everyone be like us and save the world without having a mask on?" Reed asked "Exactly." I chimed in "Not everyone is like us Reed. You should know that." Ben said, and I knew this was going to take forever so I had to end it now. "How about this? Whoever wants to join me stays, and whoever doesn't can leave. Alright?" I said, and they all looked at each other for a moment. Ben then began walking to the door, but then turned back "You comin' Johnny?" he asked, and he sighed and looked back at Reed and Susan "I'm sorry Ben." Johnny answered, and Ben walked out of the Baxter Building alone. What a shame. "Good, welcome to the New Avengers."
