Leyna and Joffrey married each other five days later after that scene in the garden. It was a lovely wedding where everyone they knew came. Of course when they found out that Joffrey's bride was Leyna they all got surprised and some even went against the idea of marriage. But then when Robert told them that Joffrey never was his real some people agreed.

Sansa and Gendry's wife had been the one's responsible for the wedding decorations and everyone praised them for their hard work. 

During the wedding night Leyna refused Joffrey coldly because she still couldn't forgive him for what he had done. The whole night he talked and explained why he had done it. And she listened to everything but the hatred and confusion in her heart made her unable to forgive him until the day she received a letter from Daenerys. And when she read it she decided to give Joffrey a chance to redeem himself and forgave him a few days later.
