Ch.35 The Meeting And Judo-Flipping

A/N Hey y'all, it's been a while! I have been very stressed because finals are coming up so I have been preparing for them. Also I'm actually obsessed with the Hamilton soundtrack, it is pure genius! And I am also in love with the book I've been reading, All The Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr, it is so beautiful I am in love! Do you all like the new cover? Annabeth p.o.v. Percy. That was my only thought. How was he Alcaeus?! A man so cold and unfeeling was my Seaweed Brain, well he was, now he is Lia's/Calypso's. How did I let him leave me? How did we all let him leave? I need to reconcile with him and clear the air. I faintly heard Per-Alcaeus say that there will be a meeting in an hour. Perfect timing for me to clear the air. I came out of my shocked state to see that Alcaeus had left the room and his soldiers as well. Jensen was still confused and I heard another groan as Jason as he got up from his passed out state on the floor. "Piper?" He asked. "She's here, she's alive. Go get her Jase." I responded. "But be careful, she's a soldier now." I doubt he heard me as he ran out of the room to return to his girlfriend. Time to give Jensen a little background on what is going on.

Calypso p.o.v. I knew that Leo would come to talk to me, but I didn't expect it to be so soon, Alcaeus was still in the middle of his nap! That's why he ended up on the floor of Alcaeus' and my room groaning in pain. "Artifex you can't just sneak up on my like that and expect me to not judo-flip you!" He was still on the floor with his eyes closed. "Lia, I just wanted to surprise you! I also wanted to talk to you about us." He muttered. I knew that he would say that. "Okay, Artifex, I am only going to say this once and don't try to change my mind, but I love Al. He is the only one I will ever truly love, I'm sorry, but you were just another of my infatuations. I've spent hundreds of years with Al, and it is the most true love I have ever felt for any person." He looked like a kicked puppy, I knew I had to re-assure him of his value. "There are so many girls who would love to be with you, and many of them are in the army. I'm pretty sure that I know a girl who likes you a lot on this very ship." He smiled a little and then left my room. Alcaeus then woke up. "What'd I miss." He mumbled." I then explained what happened word for word and he smiled and kissed me. "I love you." He whispered. Then got up to get ready for the meeting.

Jason p.o.v. Piper was standing in the corner of one of the rec-rooms, and I wanted to surprise her, so I sneaked up behind her and whispered in her ear. "I missed-" I didn't even get to finish my sentence before I found myself on the ground. What the hell! She just judo-flipped me! "Oh my Chaos!" She exclaimed. "Jason I'm so sorry!" She helped me up and hugged me. I went in for a kiss but she pulled away. "Jason I need a few days to think everything over. I don't want to jump back into our relationship when either of us could be dead within days." I nodded. "It's okay Pipes, I understand. But if we both survive, I would love to join the warriors with you." She smiled. "I'll talk to Al about it later." My watched beeped. Shit. One minute until the meeting. It's time to go.

Alcaeus p.o.v. It's time for the meeting. I established an Iris Message connection with the Big House meeting room. I found the camp counselors and gods in a bit of disarray. "He's my son!" Yelled Poseidon. "You left him!" Said Hestia. I still loved her, she was always kind. I yelled into the Message, "Shut up everyone!" They noticed that I was watching and sat down. Their faces pale. "Now before the rest of the questers return, I would like to clear things up. I forgive you all." They looked relieved. Poseidon interrupted. "Thank you my son-" "Poseidon, you may be my birth father, and I will always hold you with the highest love and respect, but you have given up your chance to be my father. My father is Chaos now. The same goes for Nico and Thalia." I looked pointedly at Zeus and Hades. Meanwhile I heard a floorboard creak behind me and I realized what was about to happen. As the person leaned behind me to tap me on the shoulder, I did the natural thing. I judo-flipped that bitch. Annabeth lied on the floor staring back up at me. All of the people and the gods in the Iris message looked shocked. "Doesn't feel so good to have that happen to you now does it?" She looked ashamed. "Well time to commence the meeting." I said cheerily. We began to discuss tactics and made the plan for the attack and the war beginning very soon. It is going to be a very bloody battle no matter what, but I will do everything I can to save as many of my family members as I can. No matter how they have wronged me I will always love them unconditionally. 

A/N: I was reading past chapters and I realised how terrible of a writer I was. I am still not that great of a writer, but over the course of the summer, I will begin editing the first 20 chapters.
