Chapter 14 Bad news!

I was on my way to the doctors to pick up the results of my tests. It has been 3 weeks since we came back from the Maldives and I must admit I am having withdrawal symptoms from it! I went to the doctors a few days after we got back after having the funny turn again, I had to go for so many tests at the doctors and hospital! I hate hospitals in general so to be made to go for tests made me hate them even more! I had Lils and Dan with me in their carry cots, the Brooks' were at the gym as usual and Skip and James were at James' because he had a new swimming pool fitted in his back garden! I sat in the waiting room of the doctors waiting for my name to be called. Young girls were smiling and waving to me they obviously knew who I was and who I was a part of!

"Hollie Brooks, Doctor Renalds shall see you now!"

A nurse said coming into the room holding a clipboard, at least she called me by Brooks the first time; a lot of people have been saying my maiden name a lot! I followed the nurse down various hallways until we came outside Dr Renalds room. I knocked on the door and waited for him to respond. I stepped into his room and sat on the chair next to his desk placing the little'ns on the floor in front of me.

"Hi Hollie, nice to see you!"

"Hey Doc nice to see you too its been a while!"

"It certainly has! So your here about your results?"

"Yes I am!"

He put a box of tissues on the desk in front of me and got out some files from his cabinet. I thought it was strange that he handed me a box of tissues but it made me feel scared as to what my results are going to say!

"Your tests have come back, and i'm sorry to say that you have got Brain Cancer!"

I sat back in my chair, nothing had registered what he had said.

"I'm sorry can you repeat that!"

"Erm sure! Hollie you have cancer of the Brain and we would like to start you on Radio and Chemo-therapy as soon as possible!"

"Okay thank you Doctor, see you soon!"

I picked up the kids and walked out the Doctors straight to the car. I put the kids in the back and sat myself in the front, I rested my head on the steering wheel and began to cry uncontrollably!

I wiped my eyes and turned on the ignition and began to drive, I didn't know where to go home or Gina's? I didn't want to tell anyone especially Beau because I knew it would kill him inside and I don't want to hurt him! I arrived back home an hour later, the journey would've only taken me 15 minutes but it took me an hour this time!

"Hey gorgeous!"

Beau says giving me a hug and a kiss as soon as I stepped through the door. The twins were here with him lounging around on the sofa!

"Hey! How was gym?"

"Great thanks, how was doctors?"

Shit! Do I tell him or not? I don't want to hurt him but i'll be in the wrong if I don't tell him!

"Was okay thanks! What are we doing today?"

I say changing the subject slightly!

"We are going to James' house because we are making a new video! He has got the swimming pool filled up so we are going to be making a new mocumentry!"

"Cool sounds awesome!"

I say trying to sound enthused for him! I could feel Luke and Jai's eyes burning into me, they knew something was wrong. I gave them a smile but they weren't buying it!

We drove to James' in which seemed like silence, we had the radio on but no one was talking! Beau would shoot me a smile every once in a while and I would do the same back. We had left the kids with Gina, she wanted to look after them to fill her free time seeing as she was working lates tonight!

"Hey, hey, hey!"

Skip said swinging me around in his arms.

"Hey Skiplet!"

I say ruffling his hair once had put me down. I went into James' room to get changed into my bikini, the boys followed me up and shut the door.

"What is going on Holls?"

Luke says pulling me down on the bed, he wrapped his arms around me pulling him in closer to his chest. I started to cry making a wet patch in his shirt!

"I got bad news boys from the doctors!"

I say breaking the words out through tears. Luke lifted my head up with his fingers and raised an eyebrow.

"What do you mean bad news?"

Jai says, he was blocking the door so that I couldn't escape, it was like I was being held hostage! I looked into both their eyes and wiped the tears rolling down my cheek!

"I've got....I've got....Brain cancer!"

The boys sat their wide eyed it was as if they weren't in the room, they weren't responding and not blinking.

"Say something!"

I say shaking the pair of them!

"Holy shit Holls, why haven't you told Beau?"

Luke says finally speaking.

"It will kill him if he knew! Promise me you wont say nothing?"

"But Hol..."

"Promise me!"

I say cutting in Jai's sentence.

"We promise!"

They said in sync with each other, the boys always keep their promises with me, I was praying for a miracle that they didn't share this one especially to their brother!

I returned into the garden with a pink floral bikini on, the rest of the boys were in speedos.

"You look hot Holls!"

Skip says eyeing me up and down!

"Keep off her you!"

Beau says staring at him, he wrapped an arm around my waist and kissed my cheek. James set up the camera so that it was facing the swimming pool, we all jumped in and faced the camera.

"Hey guys we're the Janoskians! And this is Baywatch Mocumentry!"

We started with, we were recording and having such a laugh at this video, i'm sure the fans were going to love when they saw it. After a long day of recording we chilled in the pool drinking and chatting with each other. The twins kept their eyes either on me or staring into the pool, this is exactly why I cant tell Beau!

"What's up boys?"

James asks the twins, they looked at me and darted back at one another as if to say what are we going to say?

"Nothing just chilling!"

"They why do you look like you've been told bad news?"

Skip chuckled, we didn't laugh at first but then joined in so that they wouldn't guess that there was something wrong!

"Just worn out mate and thinking up ideas of what to edit!"

Luke says covering up, I mouthed 'thank you' to him and he just nodded in response. I was rather excited for tour which was next week, first stop is England and lucky for me i'm bringing Lils and Daniel so my parents can look after them whilst I toured around England!
