Steven's Lawyer called me to the stand. Put my hand on the bible and swore in.
"Tell us what happened."
"October 6, 2015 there was a party on Vermont St that Nicole invited herself to because she had a crush on me. Lela and Nicole got to the party and Nicole left Lela because when I found her, Lela was in a corner eating snacks while Nicole was dancing with guys. I told Lela she needed to go home. She asked 'what about Nicole?' Nicole came over totally wasted with a guy and said she was leaving with him , if Lela needed a ride? Lela Said no even after I said to go. Nicole left her at the party and a fight broke out between the party people. I grabbed Lela's hand and ran out and walked her home."

"At what time was this?"
"10:00-10:30"
"So there was Drugs and Alcohol involved?"
"Yes. Nicole was completely drunk."
"So Nicole left with a guy. Did you know him?"
"No but we were raised in the same neighborhood."
"What did you think Nicole was going to go with the guy?"
"Have sex."
"No further questions your on honor."

After that Dre, Trini came and said the same thing I did. My mom came and validated that I was at home after I dropped her home. Next it was Lela's turn.

The walked down the aisle and smiled at me after she swore in.
"Explain what happened."

"So Nicole had a crush on Travis who is now my boyfriend but wasn't at the time. She tried to impress him by going to a party around his way on Vermont. We got there and she got drunk and left me by myself in the corner. I started to Trinity then Travis saw me and told me to leave. That when Nicole walked over with a random guy and said she was gonna leave with him and Asked me if I wanted a ride. I declined in which Travis got upset about. While trying to persuade me to leave, a fight broke out. I left with Travis. When he finished walking me to the porch. He left.

"So was there drugs or alcohol involved?"
"Not for me but Nicole was pretty drunk."
"So you're saying you came, stay and left with Nicole"
"No, I just came. She left me on both occasions."
"Do you know the guy she was with?"
"no sir."
