I got to take the boys home the next week. I carried their car seats into my room. and out them on the bed. I laid a baby blanket out on the bed. I unstrapped Kobe and put him on the bed, then Kaden. I put there stuff on the floor then came back to a crying Kaden.
"Hey hey what's wrong?'" when I picked him up I realized how sweaty they were. Duh they're hot. Kaden kept crying as a stripped him down to just pampers. "okay. Okay." He finally stopped when he was fully stripped in his pamper. "see. all that tripping for what?" I said as I started to the same for Kobe.
When they cool down, they fell asleep. I took a picture of them.
"knock knock." Dre says walking.
'What's up man." I sigh.
"Just coming over to see my gods"
"They just went to sleep."
"That's all they do I sleep." I smile thinking about how that is basically al Lela and I did. I held in my tears and just shrugged.
"Where's thing 2"
"Out with her mom, getting ready for graduation."
"oh shit, when is graduation practice?"
"Tomorrow." I sigh out of relief. "What am I going to do? Where are they going to stay?"
"Oh, I forgot to tell you the Child Growth and Development class will watch them." I Calm down once again.
"Oh your the best man."
"I know. Trinity and I also modified our schedules at work so can go back to work soon and we'll watch them." I give him a bro hug.
"I really don't know what I would do without you guys."
"Hah!" He pushes me away "I know." and does a fake hair flip
"You gay af." we laugh.
"We always got your back nigga."
