Chapter five.

Minji's POV

I yawn.

"Eomma!!!!" I run to my mom.

"YAH! YOU MUST BE CAREFUL!" My mom shout; panicked.

I laugh. "Eomma, I'm okay already. Don't worry." I kiss her cheeks.

"You should be careful. I'm worried because you just healed." I laugh out loud.

"Eomma, I'm going out. Annyeong!" I run outside then I slip into a pair of dark blue converse high cut to pair with my white sleeveless tee and black shorts.

I smile widely when I see my legs are working well.

Let me tell what happened after the accident,

Flashback

"Eomma? What's wrong with my legs?"

"Your legs are healing. Be careful, 3 inch metal bar are now inside your leg; replacing your fractured bone."

"Omo omo! Jinjja!? I'm an iron girl, kekeke." I laugh.

"Enough of your antics. Take care of your legs, okay?" My dad ruffle my hair.

I chuckle.

"Eomma, appa? Where's Kai?"

"He's outstation. Don't worry my darling. He's gonna be here tomorrow." My mom kiss my head.

"Okay."

Why must my flashback end so sadly?

Those things happens around 6 months ago. 'Till now, Kai didn't come to see me. Yes, I am the one to be blame. No one else.

I went to the park and sit on the swing.

I watch the kids running around, playing with their friends.

A part of me keep on thinking about Kai. Well, he's still part of my life. Did he regain his memory? Is that why he didn't come and visit me? Or he hates me already?

"Yah, what are you doing here alone? Along with that a jacket was covering my exposed shoulders.

"Em." I sigh. I didn't look; knowing it is my brother eventhough I thought I heard Kai's voice.

I was slightly dissapointed since I've been waiting for Kai here but he doesn't seem to be coming.

"Oppa, life's hard isn't it?" I stare straight without looking at my brother's face.

"It's not hard even a bit. You decide what you do and blame yourself for it. Don't say life's hard when you're the one decided how things are going." I look to my right.

"Ka– Kai?" I stood almost immediately.

"It's been a long time, Minji." He came closer.

I push him slightly. "How did– How come you're here?"

"I thought you miss me?" He lifts his eyebrows.

I ignored him then I went home.

How did he know I'm here? Yes, I'm happy to see him but doesn't he remember what happened before the accident? Don't he know how to apologize or something?

Knock knock

"Come in." I lean my back on the headboard of my bed.

"Oi sis, are you happy?"
