Chapter seventeen.

Minji's POV

I untangle the knot from my keys and earphone then tuck the key into the hole.

I sigh when I felt warmth engulfing me.

I quickly close the door then put my bag on the bed.

A very heavy sigh leaves my lips.

I'm so stupid. I miss Kai already. I'm so sorry, Kai.

I take a quick shower, slipping into a pjs I brought then lie on the bed.

I stare at the ceiling; feeling confused.

I miss Kai but I'm the one asked for space.

Once again I heave a sigh.

I stare at the empty space beside me.

I sigh.

I feel so empty.

I turn to the bedside table, taking out my phone.

I check my phone; hoping for a message from Kai.

But much to my disappointment, there's none.

I put back my phone then went to the toilet. I took a shower then change into a white high waist shorts and a light blue crop top.

I tie my hair into a loose ponytail then walk out of the hotel room with my duffle bag.

I checked out, settling the bill then drive to Busan.

Which I don't know why I did that.

Once I arrive, I walk around the mural village.

I took a seat at a ddeobokki stall after an hour walking aimlessly.

Ringgggg~

My eyes lit up; thinking it could Kai's whose calling me.

I pick up the call. "Yeoboseyo?"

"Hey dongsaeng!!"

I almost sigh at Minhyuk's overly cheerful voice.

"Hey bro."

"Woaaah, what's with the longing voice? Miss me, uh??" He chuckle.

I shove a ddeobokki into my mouth. "Aniyo."

"Then? Oh wait, where are you right now? I heard loud wind."

"I'm somewhere outside."

"Aish, of course you're outside." I can sense Minhyuk rolls his eyes.

I laugh. "Yah, you're not working today?"

"Nope! I got five days off. I'm planning to go on holiday with mom. Um.... Maybe I'll bring mom to LA." I squeal immediately.

"Bring me bring me bring me!!!!" I stop my hand from shoving food inside my mouth.

"Aishhh! Stop yelling." Minhyuk snap.

I laugh. "Please? I wanna tag along!"

"Kai? Ask him first." I almost choke when I hear Kai's name.

"K– Kai? Sure, I'll tell him. He surely let me follow you." I said cheerfully.

"Sure. I'll pick you up tonight."

"Ani– andwae. You don't have to. I'll come later. 6 pm, okay? Now I wanna tell Kai and I wanna pack!!!" I yell then hang up.
