Chapter nine.

Minji's POV

I woke up slightly excited since I'm already in good terms with everyone and not to mention, my wedding is tomorrow!!!

I sit at the edge of my bed while eyeing my dress.

So flawless.

I smile to myself then took shower and slip into some decent clothes.

"Eomma!!!" I cooed like a kid then went to eat some breakfast at the table.

"You're so loud. What's wrong with you?" My mom pinch my nose.

"Ayyyy, of course I'm excited." I wink then shove another toast.

My mom chuckle. "Eat faster and go to the spa. I've done an appointment."

I grin immediately. "Aigoo, eomma... This is why I love you so much!!!!" I make a love above my head then giggle.

"Yeah what ever. Get going, faster."

I got up then went to my room; change into a plain light grey tee tucked inside my asymmetrical black skirt. Along with that I tie my upper length hair into a ponytail then I put on my crepe sandals.

"Eomma, I'm going."

I quickly drive to the spa my mom has booked an appointment at.

"Annyeonghaseyo, I've booked an appointment under the name of Go Minji." I smile at the worker at the reception.

"This way please, Miss Minji." I read the name tag attached to her dress; Ho Daewoo. Woah, unique name though.

"Miss, please change here and get in this room." She smile genuinely then I walk off to the changing room.

After changing, I lie on my belly on the bed; relaxed. As the worker starts the massage, I immediately sigh in relief. Almost all of my burden go away.

The memory of my dad's death, what gonna happen tomorrow and what's happening right now are a super major headache.

"GO MINJI!" I immediately stood up then run downstairs.

It's 11 in the evening and my mom's screaming. It's unusual.

"What did you do again?" Minhyuk questioned.

"Me?"

"Just now Kai called." My mom said.

"And?" I sit on the couch without a slightest clue.

"Kai has called off the wedding." Minhyuk glare at me.

"So it's gonna be yours." I say nonchalantly; knowing this thing will happen.

"Go and find him now." Minhyuk immediately say. I sigh.

Yes, I want to but I'm tired that I'm always seen as desperate.

"I don't want." I look at mom; silent, not even stopping Minhyu from forcing me to find Kai at this late night.

"Minji, come on. Go now." I sigh then got up almost immediately; walking straight to my room; takes some cash and cards together with a jacket. Then only I went outside and start my car's engine.

I drive to Aunt's house without hesitation.

"Hi, Chen Oppa." I smile when I saw Chen opened the door.

"Yeah, hi Minji. Finding for Kai?" I nod.

"Just go to his room."

I walk upstairs to Kai's room; not finding him, I went to his bathroom.
