    Today was the day of the event and I was excited. I'm still not sure what kind of event it is. Dominic has really been keep this a secret. He hired a team to get me together for tonight. I still haven't seen my dress yet; I just saw the fabric. I was in the kitchen when I heard someone at the door. Hey, are you Olivia? Yes, I am. We are the glam team to get you prepared for tonight. Sure, come on in. We spoke with Dominic earlier and he gave us the look he wanted. Really? I must say, you have a great man. We never get called for something like this. The fact he knows exactly how he wants your hair and makeup, is very impressive. What you wearing? I haven't saw the dress yet. What? He hired a personal stylist and I haven't saw the dress yet. The event is in 3 hours and you haven't saw the dress? No, I just saw the fabric. He really going all out for you. Let's get this show started. I wasn't sure what look Dominic wanted me to have but I know ill look good. While I was getting my hair done, I got another knock on the door. I'll get it, the makeup artist said.

    Can I help you? I have a delivery for Olivia Myers. I'll take it. You have a package and it looks important. The makeup artist opened it and it was a fierce pair of shoes. These are beautiful! It's a note in here. "just wanted to get you something amazing to go with the dress. Can't wait to see you tonight". Yeah, this man going all out for you. The event was an hour in a half away and my dress still wasn't here. I was done getting my hair done, now im getting my makeup done. I called Dominic to let him know my dress wasn't here. He didn't answer, he must be busy. Have you tried calling the stylist? He's not answering either. Don't panic, you'll ruin your makeup. I was almost done getting my makeup done when someone started beating on the door. I got it, the hair stylist said. Guess im just in time. Where have you been? The event is in less than an hour. Calm down, I was doing what I was told to do. You ready to see the dress? Duh! He pulled the dress out and I was speechless. OMG! It's beautiful! Let's get you dress, don't have much time left. This dress was perfect! The color, the way it felt, the way it hugged my body, and the right amount of diamonds. The shoes made the dress even more perfect. I was getting the last few touches in when someone rang the doorbell. Hi, im the driver for Ms. Myers. I was all dressed and ready to go.

    I arrived at the event 10 minutes early. I haven't heard from Dominic so I wasn't sure where I needed to go. Ms. Myers right? Yes, I said nervously. I will take you to your table. My table was in the center of the room. I saw table cards on the table so im assuming ill be sitting with his family. Olivia! Hakeem, im glad you came. I told you I was coming, you look incredible. Thank you! I'm guessing Hailey not coming. She'll be here, she had class. Where you sitting? Right here with you. His family will be sitting with us too. I'm sooo nervous to meet them. Just relax and be yourself. People slowly started to make their way in. I was ready to get this event over with so these nerves could go away. Hailey finally came. The event was about to start so I couldn't really speak to her.

Thank everybody for coming out to this special event. I am here to honor a very special person. I've known this man for about 11 years now. We both got into this profession together. I am honored to present this award to the best plastic surgeon of the year. Y'all please put your hands together for Dominic Rivers. I didn't know he was being presented with an award. I didn't know I was even in the running for this award. I have 2 special announcements to make before I get to that, I would like to thank a few people. First, I would like to thank God for this opportunity. I would like to thank all of my family for being here tonight. Some traveled a long way to be here tonight. I would like to thank my friends and colleagues for the support over the years. One of my announcements is, I am starting my own private practice. It will be opening in 2 weeks. Before I announce my second announcement, I would like to recognize someone very special to me. For the last 7 months, I have had the pleasure to have the most beautiful woman in the world in my life. She is the reason why im opening my own private practice. I truly love and adore this woman with every piece of me. I would like Olivia to come join me on stage. I couldn't believe Dominic was calling me on stage.
