365 ; yamaguchi tadashi

yamaguchi, your best friend, had left to america as an exchange student. you missed him dearly, you loved him to bits, however, he left a present before he left. it was a jar? full of three-hundred and sixty-five notes. he called it the '365 jar' as written on a slip of paper. the instructions said, 'don't cheat and read two notes in a day :-) pink note: i love... yellow note: remember when... blue note: if you're sad... white note is the last one, and there's only one of them, read it last. if you need loving or caring. read these notes.'

you were nearing to the last white note and that meant yamaguchi was going to come back soon. you missed him so much, he was always on your mind. you were crazy about him, and he was just as crazy about you. you were aquatinted with some of his teammates, like hinata, kageyama, tanaka, and nishinoya. they came today, but tsukishima came too. today was the day that yamaguchi was gonna come back home. you were ecstatic. you gasped and ran to your jar. the white note stayed there, untouched. you immediently got the white out and started reading.

'(y/n) , as you know, i'm coming home today. i've missed you so much, it's unpredictable. i love you to bits <3, p.s. look behind you ;)'

you slowly turn around and see yamaguchi, arms stretched out. you saw the rest of the team standing by the doorway, smiling. you ran into yamaguchi's arms. "i love you so much.." you cried and buried your head into his neck. "i love you too. hey now, don't cry, i'm here." yamaguchi whispered sweet nothings into your ear.

then yamaguchi lifted your chin up with two fingers. he cupped your cheeks and gave you a loving kiss, while wiping your tears away.

"(y/n), would you do the honors of being my girlfriend?" yamaguchi whispered against your lips. you nodded.
