Two weeks after the event started, Yvette, Tedros and I joined in a party for the event. I gained quite a lot of levels from this event itself, I wonder how strong will I become after the siege event. I even got some skills and mastered my Necromancy skills that I got from killing FaustVII. I knew that Yvette wouldn't really support the idea of someone being a necromancer inside her party that's why whenever I wanted to practice the skills, I hid myself from them and start my newly found trade.

It took me three days to fully understand and grasp the skills. I, too, found it gruesome to practice these skills at first but to be honest, I realized that it would really help us especially with the sieging event. If we want to cover more ground for the loots and experience, necromongers can really be helpful. There is something that my curiosity really peaked at, it is how can I make players my necromonger. I consulted Jack about it but apparently, he never really tried using necromancy since it's an advanced branch of a magical utility/offensive build. Back then, I was really hoping for someone to teach me other than that dreadful FaustVII.

On the third day of my research, my curiosity got the best of me that I resulted to P.K. and ambushed some people whose levels are as the same as mine. Before killing each of them, I activated a skill on them called Spared Death. This skill is essential when making a necromonger inside the game. The user must activate this before a target dies for it to receive a debuff named Necromonger Mark. This debuff lasts for almost an hour. If the carrier of the debuff dies, the user of the skill would receive a scroll that would allow him to summon the dead body of the target to fight for him. I got quite a few puppets that day, on my count, I got like ten people and five monsters. The players that died bearing the debuff would still be able to revive even if their necromonger counter part is still active. As for what FaustVII is doing, putting stitches on the corpses using a special item called sepulchure's thread, the necromongers' stats raises for some points allowing them to serve the user a bit more effectively. This trade really is scary.

When I consulted Jack about these skills, he told me that the local library sells books that could guide players on how to use the skills they acquired. With this, I rushed myself to find some more information about this topic to educate myself for future use. I just wish Yvette won't take this so badly.

With all the information that I got from the books that I bought, I could let my necromongers to use skills that their bodies have. Apparently, if someone who's using this skill set kills a powerful player and turns him into his pet, this build would be almost invincible. But, the mana and the energy that would be used will come from the user that's why the necromongers doesn't have any mana, instead, they have stats for normal hitting and for vitality. Well, having skills from the dead would already be pretty useful, beggars can't be choosers.

Now, the sieging event starts in two days. As it turns out, we won't be fighting monsters inside the castle that emerged on the Summer Mountain. Instead, there is a tournament that would require a party of five. We already have three members, Tedros, Yvette and I. Now, we only need two more. I was thinking of inviting Drake but he said that he already had people going with him so I was forced to ask Tia. At least, we would only be short of one instead of two.

"Tia," I called. "Would you be so kind to grant me a.. pretty big favor?"

I saw her left brow raised and got more nervous to ask. It would be a great deal to ask Tia to leave her inn and come with us in a fighting tournament. From day one, I have been in debt with this girl and now I am asking for yet another favor from her. If I knew any other people I never would've ask her but she didn't disappoint. Not that I have any credibility to be.

"If you're going to ask me out on that tournament," she said. "Then, you must date me first."

Other than the condition she had, I was really happy. Not that I'm not happy to have the chance to date her but for me, I don't think that it's appropriate to date her when I think I have a feeling of some sort for Yvette. I don't have any choice anyway, we badly need members.
