The big day came but I don't have energy for it yet. I haven't got any sleep yet, no buffs, no motivation to wake up. Just like in the real world, no motivation. This world got 100 to 0 real quick, huh? If it wasn't for the loud knock and shouta of Tia, I would not get off my bed now. I was greeted by a barrage of kisses from Tia. I managed to give some back but not like before.

"What's wrong, honey?" She asked. She looked really worried and scared.

"Nothing," I replied. "I'm just a little tired."

"Are you sure?"

I just nodded and kissed her deeply. I have to get my mind back into the game. I came here to enjoy, to get stronger. I want to live a life without pain, I would live without pain. This is a new life for me, I got a girlfriend, I got good friends, I should be happy.

After our morning routine of sweetness, we prepared for later and came downstairs. Tedros, Yvette and Kit was already drinking their coffee at the counter when we reached the main hall. Yvette hasn't set her eyes on me yet ever since we came down. I can't help but notice that she's really avoiding me through talking and talking to Tedros. I don't care anymore, I have Tia, I got a good life.

"As the moderators say," Kit said while sipping from his cup of coffee. "We need a team name, team leader and a cheer."

"There ain't no cheer!" Tedros said.

They both laughed. The team seems to be in a good shape. We can do this, I think.

"The rules would be no rules," Kit continued. "We will fight them five on five, so must learn team work in about.. two hours."

How can we learn team work in two hours?! This is insane. We should've find someone earlier. We will be gambling for our lives in this game. All those training for nothing.

"No matter," Tedros said. "I'll tank 'em all. You guys pick them off one by one. A good strategy is no strategy at all like I always say."

He's right we can plan after we win this shit. Kit and Tedros continued to discuss things, I, on the other hand, started serving people in the inn. I have to keep myself on the edge. We are going to fight a gamble. I'm pretty sure that there are a lot of strong players in this tournament, we musn't make any big mistakes or we'll end up the first of the losers.

"All right!" Kit clapped. "Everyone, gather 'round."

We formed a circle on a table near the counter. Tia and I beside each other. On my other side, Kit. Tedros and Yvette are sitting side by side.

"No democarcy here," Kit continued. "Tobi is the team leader, team name would be 'Team Tobi'"

"What?!" I shouted. "Why me?!"

"Because you're the one who formed this band of baboons," Kit said. "So, shut up and sit down."

I haven't got a chance of speaking ever since my objection. We were teleported through the moderators' commands. They summoned they players who would be participating in the tournament to the castle. We saw a lot of players already getting excited brcause they were polishing their weapons or alredy having practice matches. There's also a shrine inside the castle where the players would be revived to whenever they die in the tournament.

"I hope this ends fast," Tedros said. "I am not good with crowds."

"Then, tank good," Kit said. He's kind of rude with his tone. "We'll take care of the rest."

Tedros nodded. Tia and I are holding hands while we wandered off from the team. We found a small spot to rest on. It's a miracle that Tia isn't showering me with kisses right now.
