               Tristan's POV

I struggle hard because of the vibe, you know awkward. I tried pushing it away but I feel like there's no improvement. Everytime I break the ice, it will end by messing up.

"Francene right?" I asked trying to start a conversation

"Yep." She answered plainly.

Silence

"So what do you think?" I said

"Huh?" She asked.

Another silence. How I wish there's someone else here.

"What's your impression of us I mean." I said to clear out my question to her.

"Well Bradley is cheerful and funny. Connor is a little straight forward, I guess. James, well I think he's really nice but there's this vibe that he doesn't like me. Like he'll be easily annoyed when I messed up things even though it's so small and even if I didn't mean it." She said

"He's just problematic nowadays. But soon he'll get over it. So how about your first impression about me?" I asked

"Uhm I think you're a great person. A problem solver actually." She said

I laughed " You think I'm a problem solver?" I said

Okay this is getting more awkward. Why did I laugh? Gosh! Tris you suck at having a conversation!

"A bit. You saved me from your co-members' rant. And you've solve the ice cream problem." she said while keeping her head down and fiddling with her nails.

"Okay if that's what you think. But I'm sure that'll change." I said smiling

We arrived at the market and I swear it felt like it was the longest ride I ever had, even if it only lasted 10 minutes.

"Let's go?"  I asked

"Are you crazy?" she said raising her brows.

"Why?  What's wrong?" I asked

"You won't go out of this car like that. Do you want to be the center of attention of everyone?" she asked

"Oh right. I forgot!" I said realizing that she has a point.

"Umh I think you should wear something that will not make everyone notice you." She suggested

"Wait I have a jacket here." I said while reaching the jacket at the backseat.

"Oh look what I found." she said

"What?" I asked

"Sunglasses." she said "Wear it too."

"Sun glasses? Yeah that's a great idea, you know because the sun really shines bright at this time of the day." I said with sarcasm

Francene rolled her eyes. "Well you don't have a choice, it's either you wear it or cause a stampede."

"You know, you're exaggerating it." I said

"I'm using hyperbole. Nevermind, just wear it." She ordered

I ended up wearing the glasses and it sucks because it's really hard to see anything because it's so dark.

"Wait since you've got a long hair let's tie it. Turn around and I'll tie it for you." she said

Okay this is getting worst, she just made me wear sunglasses and now she wants to tie my hair.

"Won't you even ask me if I want you to tie it?" I asked

"What's the point, you'll do it anyway." She said

I laughed at her conviction even though deep inside I just wanted to go back home already. I did what she said. She started gathering my hair and tied it with a rubber hair tie. I looked at the mirror to see it.

"You know what, I like it. I think you should be a hair stylist." I said admiring her work just a bit because I'm not really used to tying my hair.

"Nah, our business needs me. There's no way they'll let me do what I want." She told me

I nodded  then said "Shall we go then madame?"

She smiled and said "Yeah, I think we're ready,"

We entered the market. It's not so big but I can say they have a lot to sell. I saw the thrill she's hiding. She walk around with marvel in her eyes.

"Hey! What's with the store?" I asked

"Well the thought of buying something thrills me." She explained "And I love going to stores. Made me remember my dad putting me in the pushcart's not so comfortable sit."

I laughed a bit "So do you wanna venture this place with me my lady" I asked while half bowing and extending my hand.

"My pleasure." she answered then she took my hand

We walked through every isle between each shelves, putting whatever we wanted to our basket. We talk a lot about different things and all.

"So why do you wanted this Haribo so bad?" I asked

She laughed " Because it's my favorite." she told me

"Well I happen to like this too. Let's buy a lot?" I  asked

"Yeah sure! That's the greatest idea ever!" she said happily while nodding and her eyes appearing to be bigger.

"Greatest idea ever? Is that a hyperbole?" I asked

"No. It's an expression when you really wanted or liked something." she said

"You know, I think it's hyperbole." I insisted

"Whatever Tris, it's still an expression for me." She said

After getting the most appreciable ice cream flavor as said by Francene. We payed for whatever is in our baskets. We hurried so that we wont be late for dinner, because my estimation tells me we've been here for about an hour.
