(Laura's POV)
Yesterday turned out to be a very eventful day. Somehow the 4 of us ended up at a carnival. No one knows exactly how we got here but here we are, still at the carnival, waking up on a very uncomfortable bench with extreme hangovers and a bright light flashing on me.________________________________
{Flashback}
"Tash come on you've been crying over this for way too long now." Laura laughed."You betrayed me." She replied.
Laura let out a big sigh.
"Since you're not going to stop any time soon, at least try to make it look or sound convincing. I thought you were a better actor than that." Laura said with a sly smirk. Natasha just cried even louder.
"It's okay Tash. Don't worry about her. She's just jealous of your amazing skills." Yael cooed.
Laura thought that it was really cute how Yael was comforting Tash even though Tash was clearly faking it. She had her arms wrapped around her and occasionally ran her hand down her back. Every once in a while Yael would whisper something in Natasha's ear. "Something is definitely going on between the two" Laura thought.
"Natasha! What do we have to do to make you stop?" Taylor asks out of frustration.
"You have to tell us that you will always come to us first and that we're your favorites." Tash compromised.
"I will always come to you two first and you're my favorites." Taylor said quickly.
"Now that's what I wanted to hear. Thank you." Tash cleared her throat and sat up straight.
Then the room went silent. Natasha stopped fake crying and went to pick her drink back up. They all turned to stare at Tash.
"What are you all looking at? Did I do something?" She said with a genuinely clueless face.
"Are you kidding me? That was it! That was all we had to do!? We sat through all your fake tears and unnecessary noises and all you wanted was for us to tell you that you were our favorites? Are you serious?" Laura said with a hint of anger in her voice.
"Yes I'm serious. When am I not serious?" She said back.
Laura scratched her head. "You are unbelievable and such a drama queen. What are we going to do with you?"
---A few hours later, the girls were walking, or more like stumbling, down the street. None of them knew exactly where they were going they just followed Natasha's lead which Taylor believed was never a good idea in any situation. The original plan was to go to a store but that never happened. Taylor got distracted by bright lights and loud noises.
"Oh my god is that a Carnival?" Taylor screamed like a kid and ran towards the entrance. Despite being drunk, Taylor ran all the way there without any missteps. "Hurry up you turtles!" She whined.
"Hold your horses schilling. This is as fast as I can go." Tash quipped.
Taylor grabbed Laura's hand and dragged her along. Her eyes were glowing as if she hadn't been to a carnival before. She hopped and skipped around without a care in the world. Laura couldn't help but smile at her. They walked for awhile before Taylor dragged them to a face painting booth.
