So I went on a SUV from school to the lads since then. It was fine on the first few days, though Talia noticed me again when I didn't take the bus.

The lads were totally welcome. Sometimes if the rehearsing took longer, I gave my mom a ring and stayed at the hotel with them(separate room of course). I did my homework there as well, and I'm quite surprise that Kian is actually pretty good at Math.

One day, when I came to the hotel, there was a surprise

"Good afternoon, Louis Walsh, nice to meet you," he greeted and shook my hand.

"I'm Melanie Anderson, nice to meet you too."

"Oh hello Mel, you must have met our manager Louis Walsh," Mark walked out.

"Mel, can I hear you sing? Mark, can we have a private moment?"

"Oh sure you will."

"Ok Louis," Mark said and walked out of the room."

So I began

"Shadows fill an empty heart as love is fading

From all the things that we are but are not saying

Can we see beyond the scars

And make it to the dawn?

Change the colors of the sky

And open up to the ways you made me feel alive

The ways I loved you, for all the things that never died

To make it through the night love will find you

What about now? What about today?

What if you're making me all that I was meant to be?

What if our love never went away?

What if it's lost behind words we could never find?

Baby, before it's too late, what about now?..."

"Ok, stop right there," Louis demanded.

For a moment I thought I was doing well.

"Mel, you didn't pass the test."

"What?Why not?"

"Your voice isn't professional enough."

"I didn't notice about have to be a professional singer."

"The lads don't want it, BUT I WANT," he screamed at me with eyes that I could see fire in. At this moment I was terrified and ran to the auditorium full of tears

"Mel, have you been crying" Nicky asked anxiously

"Yeah, I ran into the wall and it hurts so bad."

"It wasn't Louis isn't it? He's been temper for weeks now." said Shane

"I'm fine lads. Let's get the rehearsing start."

A while later, while dancing to one of their covers I Gotta Feeling, I accidentally twisted my left foot. I fell down and dropped the mic right in the middle of the song.

"Oh my god are you ok? Can you still dance?," Shane ran to me.

"I think I can..." with that I tried to stand up but instead fell into Nicky's arm. "Owwww!"

"Ahem, what causing the noise around here?" a sonorous voice came.

"Louis, Mel twisted her foot," explained Mark.

"Oh well, let her take a break to recover it then." just by that, Kian helped me to the SUV and drove me home. Before we got up, I got just enough time to catch a glare from Louis.

Louis' a two faced monster. He was being so nice in front of the lads, and scolding me behind their back! Ugh! How long could I stand it? Should I tell Kian? No, I shouldn't put pressures on their back like that. I thought to myself and looking out the window.

"How bad is it?" Kian's question snapped back to reality.

"Pardon me?"

"I'm asking about your twisted foot."

"Oh, I'm pretty sure it'll be fine in 5 or 6 days."

"You seem to have some problems do you? You're kinda strange today."

"Nah, I'm fine. I'm just tire."

"Go home and rest then. Are there any issues?

"No, Kian."

I tried my hardest to blurted out.

"Um, Kian there's actually something..."

"Yeah?"

"Can you help me practise my vocal?"

"I think they're fine. We don't need a professional singer."

"Ok then."

The car stopped. I hugged Kian for the goodbye and went inside. A sign came out of my mouth after.

If only you knew, lads.
