Catering Staffs and Birthday Gifts

Fluttershy

I was getting ready for school and I heard a knock on my door "Who is it ?" I asked "Fluttershy! What did you get me for my birthday tomorrow ?" Angel shouted "While you're gonna have to wait 'til your birthday for that." I said getting out of my room and tickling him in the stomach. The truth is I haven't gotten him anything yet but I'm going to the mall with Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie so they can help me pick one out later.  Once I got to school I met up with Applejack and Pinkie Pie then we got a text from Rarity saying to meet her out in the courtyard. When we got out there we saw Rarity cuddling with FancyPants "How in the world did this happen and how dare you not tell us!" Pinkie said "I wanted it to be a surprise. I'm sorry I upset you Pinkie." Rarity said "I'm not upset but if you're planning surprises then let me help." Pinkie said "No offense sugar cube but you can't exactly keep a secret." Applejack said "I so can keep a secret !" Pinkie yelled "Like when you told Flim I held Trend's hand during the tour I was giving him and when he heard that let's just say his kissing went from gentle to aggressive." Applejack said blushing a little "Speaking of boys what am I going to get Angel for his birthday." I said "Fancy and I got him a watch." Rarity said "Flim and I got him a book about constellations since the little fella loves stars." Applejack said "I made him a cupcake with his face on it." Pinkie said

"Then I'm pretty much a terrible sister since I'm leaving my brother for a week to be at CJRA after his birthday and I can't even get him a birthday present." I said starting to panic "You and Discord sung that duet in the auditorium pretty well. Maybe you can sing a song about how you care for Angel." Pinkie said "Pinkie!" I shouted blushing "Whaaat ?" she asked in a whiney voice "Darling what was the  song they sang ?" Rarity asked "Baby it's cold outside." Pinkie said "Awww that is so adorable why would you wanna keep that a secret ?" "Because it's not any one's business except my own." I said

Later that day at the mall...

Applejack

I was looking for a new apron because the old one I had is all torn and worn "Applejack ? Is that you." I heard someone behind me say "Howdy Spike what brings you here on a fine afternoon." I said "Oh Trixie wanted to go shopping and she wanted me to come along to help pick out what she should wear to her mother's birthday party." Spike said. I had to make an excuse and saw Fluttershy "Well I need Fluttershy to pick out one of these aprons for baking because mine is already torn up." I said "Well I can help with that." Spike said "How exactly ?" I asked "I had a crush on the fashion teacher so I could spend more time with her. I quit when she got fired. Now from what I learned in that class is if you need something to wear it has to complement something like your eyes for example you don't an apron with green because your eyes wouldn't pop out but with red apples being darker than green they would pop out." Spike said taking the apron with red apples and putting it around my waist making me blush a little "It also complements your name." Spike said letting go of the apron "Thank you Spike but I have to go speak with Fluttershy about something else." I said but my phone rang and it was Flim so I answered it "Hey sugar cube." I said "Hi sweet heart whatcha doing ?" he asked "Just hanging out with my friends." I said "Where ?" Flim asked "Flim if this is about the tours I don't like Trenderhoof. I like you." I said "Is that Flim ?" Spike asked taking my phone "Yo dude don't worry she is telling the truth." Spike said and hung up "Spike I really appreciate your help and everything but I think your girlfriend is wondering where you are." I said "Okay see ya." he said and left. After that I went somewhere else.

Fluttershy

Once I got away from Pinkie's party gift ideas and Rarity's constant questions about Discord I went to look for Applejack. After a while I found her looking at bows for Applebloom "How is the best apple farmer in the world doing ?" I said "What do you want ?" she asked "Why do I have to want something." I said my voice breaking "You have never been to Sweet Apple Acres." she explained "Can you hire Discord as apart of you catering crew because we really want to hang out and my dad would never let him come and I know it's selfish but he wants to hang out and he brings up the excuse that I barely have anytime to hang out so please I'm begging you." I said losing my breath "Sugar cube as much as I would love to help you I can't because I'm not working the party since I'm a guest. Big Mac hates the students from our rival school and he's in charge of the catering crew. Ask Pinkie I bet she doesn't have a catering crew yet." she said and that's when I saw it a first edition comic book of "The Amazing Spider-man" from 1963.

Angel loves comic books about spider-man ever since he finished reading the "Spider Men" comics from when he was seven, I'm sure that would be the perfect gift. I ran out of the shop and ran to the book store "Excuse me sir how much does that comic book cost ?" I asked the cashier "$50" he said. I got out my wallet and gave the man a fifty dollar bill then left. After that I found Pinkie "Have you hired anyone to be in your catering crew ?" I asked before she said anything "Is this about wanting to hang out with Discord ?" she asked freaking me out "Yeah did Applejack tell you ?"  "No just a hunch." she said "Well can you hire him ?" I asked "Sure. Why not" she said leaving to call the cake family.
