Chapter 15, Broken

Reaper: Hola my peeps! As promised chapter 15! So last chapter a huge plot twist was dropped, sorry i shocked you all (not really XD). But in all seriousness this is the point where shit gets really serious. But there will still be fluff so do not worry! Again plot will be followed but the matches will be quick.

Within seconds of the start of the match Unicorn's Ichinose scored their first point. Leaving Inazuma Japan in complete shock. Idoya found her way back to the bench but unease and confusion ate at her. The team managed to get the ball to Gouenji but was blocked by Domon so Inazuma Eleven remained with zero points through out the first half. You and Toramaru had also slipped past most of the defense on the other team but were stopped last minute by Ichinose. Something felt weird though, it was the same feeling that you've had before during the entirety of Internationals but you had brushed it off repeatedly. This time though you couldn't put it off like before. But you ignored it the best you could and fought to bring a point for Inazuma Japan. Thankfully before the first half ends Fubuki and Kazemaru are able to make the first goal with their new hissatsu technique, The Hurricane.

"Idoya are you alright?" Haruka turned to the said girl after she finished cheering at the fact that the team had gotten their first point, leaving the score tied at the end of the first half. Idoya reluctantly answered the best she could but not everyone believed what she said to be true.

"I'm fine. Just tired that's all. I didn't get enough sleep last night" Idoya plastered on a fake smile to throw off the others and for the time being it worked, well almost. Kantoku stood up and pulled Idoya to the side while the team gathered for water and to catch a breather before the second half started.

"I know you slept just fine last night. What's really going on? (F/n) seemed on edge at the start of the game as well." Idoya looked towards the ground, trying to form words to explain the situation. But when she came up with nothing Kantoku only sighed.

"I'm sorry Kantoku. It's...(F/n)'s...he. I don't even know anymore, it's all so confusing" Idoya tried her best not to cry in frustration but didn't even come close to succeeding. That was when Kantoku seemed to click things into place.

"He's here isn't he?" Idoya snapped her head up in shock that he was able to figure that out without being told anything. She only nodded and noticed the way Kantoku's jaw tightened ever so slightly when she did. He only nodded at her before walking back to the bench strait towards (F/n), whispering something that made her tense before the whistle blew signalling the start of the second half.

Idoya felt sick, deciding to go to the infirmary to rest and try to clear her head. Luckily there were TVs playing the match so Idoya didn't miss much of it. But it was a bit of a shock to her when Unicorn scored another point just seconds into the second half once again, leaving the opponents with the leading score. Tsunami made a corner kick using his own hissatsu technique, tying the score once more just as quick. But Ichinose took that point back with help from the rest of his team. The score being in favor 3-2 for Unicorn. You grit your teeth in frustration and waited until the next play began. Fudou figures out how to break past Unicorn and as quick as they broke past Gouenji, Hiroto, and Toramaru tie the score with Grand Fire. It goes like this back and forth but no one takes the next point. That's when Ichinose was subbed out of the game. You couldn't hear the reason why but at that point you didn't really want to listen either. You felt HIS gaze burning holes into you the entire game and it was throwing you off a bit but you ignored it, determined to bring the next point to Inazuma Japan. When the ball was brought back into play Gouenji faked his Bakunetsu Screw and passed the ball to you.
