A couple days have passed since the birth of Little Luci, and you were almost cleared to head back to the Little Giant Lodge. Natsumi was in and out of the hospital visiting you and your newest addition, telling you about things that are happening at the lodge with the others as well as keeping you up to date regarding your team.

"(Y/n), coach wants me to go back to Inazuma." She stood by the window, leaning against the wall with her arms crossed over her chest in a lax manner. A gentle breeze blew around the room, with it new stories of what was happening in the outside world. You held Luci up to feed her before smiling at Natsumi. 

"I guess that means we'll be seeing each other more than we originally thought, huh?" Natsumi let out a small laugh, taking a seat on the windowsill facing towards you. Even with the new turn of events, she look somewhat sad. Granted her feelings are entirely understandable so you didn't say anything in regards to it. 

"Yeah, I guess you're right on that one." You cradled Luci, cooing to her every so often. You couldn't wait to get back to the team, tomorrow you were being discharged and the day after that was the final game. Everything was moving to fast but it also seemed like time wasn't moving fast enough. You knew one thing for sure though, that no matter what you would have unending support from those around you. 

"I'm being discharged tomorrow Natsumi, I'll come with you once I get out of here okay?" You looked over to her, giving her a huge grin that spread from ear to ear in the process. Her features remained soft as she offered to take Luci from you to give you a much needed break. You watched Luci bat her big violet eyes at Natsumi, letting out small laughs and giving her big gummy smiles. 

"I'm holding you to that (Y/n)" Natusmi stayed for about another hour or so before leaving to pack her things. You had gotten up to take a small walk around to floor, holding the little one to your chest securely. You had just been passing a room that was at the other end of the hall when you heard a familiar voice call out your name.

"(Y/n)?" You turned to look into the room to see Idoya laying in the hospital bed. Tears started welling in your eyes as you slowly walked into the room. 

"Idoya, oh my god! You're okay!" You cried as she sat up, tears spilling from her eyes. You wrapped your arms around each other the best you both could, being mindful of the little bundle in your arms. You both had trouble keeping the loud sobs to a minimum but managed to do it regardless. 

"I'm okay? Did they hit you over the head to hard? You don't know how relieved I am that you're alright! (Y/n) I thought they killed you!" Idoya wailed into my shoulder, it took almost an hour to finally calm her down before you two were about to have a solid conversation. 

"The boys made it out right? Where are they Idoya?" You held her hand tighter than before. The thought that they might not have made it through out the past few nights terrified you. After all Natsumi is only able to gather so much information. Idoya looked away, her eyes red rimmed and puffy from the extensive amount of crying that just took place. 

"They're alright but Genda still hasn't woken up, he's been in and out of consciousness for the past couple of days. (Y/n), whatever they did to him it's bad. I overheard one of the nurses....he might not make it." Idoya couldn't meet your gaze as she spoke. The reality of her words cam crashing over you like a tidal wave, Genda might die!
