~Nobody's POV~
"Sakuma pass!" You shouted, running down the field. He stared at you for a minute before passing to you, only the pass didn't connect.
"Nani? Sakuma! Are you ok? None of our passes are connecting..." you stared at him, nervousness gripping you in its grasp for some wild reason. "Y-ya! I'm....fine" He replied and kicked another ball towards you. You ran in its direction which lead to you crashing into Kidou.
"Ah! Gomen!" you stood up and offered a hand to him.
He accepted it speaking softly," It's fine, thanks"
"Fudou, Kidou, Sakuma! Your all distracted! Until you can solve this distraction your all banned from practice!" Kantoku yelled at the three boys. You watched with sad eyes as all three boys left the field.
"Tobitaka...." You murmured walking over to him by the bench. He swallowed what ever water he had in his mouth before answering.
"Listen, (f/n) i know its really hard to deal with things right now. But dont worry about those three ok. They'll be fine." he placed a hand on your shoulder, squeezing it gently before running back to Toramaru.
"He's right you know" Idoya piped up from the bench. You stared at her and sighed.
"Ya I know but it's just...I...nevermind. Im going back to practice. See you later!" you shouted. Running out on the field again.
"(F/n)! Shoot!" Endou waved at you. You were going to run but decided against it and kicked a ball towards the goal. Endou stopped it with one hand shocking not only everyone else on the field but you as well.
"Demonic Arrow!" You shouted and kicked the ball as hard as you could. Black and red flames took the form of an arrow heading strait for the goal, the ball at the very tip. Endou, once again, stopped it one handed.
"Devils Flame!" Blocked again.
"Third Eye!!" and again.
You growled and already knowing what kantoku was going to say. You felt so frustrated as you walked off the field. You ran to the woods to try and relax and release all the pent up anger, depression, and frustration.
You had no idea where you were until you heard tree branches snapping under the weight of someone or something, "Who's there!" you growled, your mind told you to run but your insticts screamed to fight.
"So its only you the" A figure stepped out of the tree line. You could faintly make out two markings on the persons cheeks and spiky hair that looked sweeps to the side before they stepped into the sunlight.
"Genda!?!" You cried in relief He chuckled and hugged you tightly. He gently pat your head as you pulled away, your ears poking out of your hat. His ears popped out slightly from the top of his head and his brown tail swayed.
"You better put those away Genda. Or else someone might see them." You warned. He sighed and hid his brown ears in his hair but his tail was still out and it was swing side to side.
Genda is also half animal, there are actually a few who are half animal. Theres you, Neko, Genda, Ahprodi, Fubuki-Kun and a few others.
"You look depressed. Where's Neko?" he looked around, causing you to look down.
"He was kidnapped by the very person who did this to us" You spoke through clenched teeth. His expression went from happy to murderous instantly. Genda was also another caretaker of Neko and is quite found of the little squirt.
"What?" He growled dangerously. You couldn't take it anymore and fell to your knees. You wailed as he held you tightly, whispering thing to you to try and calm you down.
"He's gone! I couldn't protect him! I promised him Genda and yet i broke my promise!" Every emotion came pouring out of your mouth for a while longer before you calmed down enough to speak and stood up again.
Genda rubbed your shoulder, "I'll search the south part of the island the rest of use will all split up and search the rest of the island. You focus on the tournament alright." You nodded and glanced at him as he walked away.
"Thank you, Genda"
~Time skip~
~Neko's POV~
I woke up in a dark cold room. Chains rattled as I moved my head to peer through the iron bars.
"Oh look he's awake!" A fat ugly looking man shouted. I hissed as he opened the door.
"Knock it off you stupid animal" he slapped me across the face. It stung but i didnt cry. I had to be strong for (F/n)-chan's sake!
He smirked and beat me till I was limp before unlocking the chains, falling to the floor in limp pile. Another man walked in, he was also big and had a long beard. Garshield Bayhan!
"Thats enough. Now tell me, where is it!" he grabbed my hair and roughly yanked it.
"I'll never tell you!" I spat before everything went black.
~Your POV~
I ran around town searching for the three knuckle heads I call teammates when i heard yelling and crashing down one of the alleyways just up ahead. I saw three figures running out of the alley and down the road towards the crossing before I lost them.
"Damn it!!" I screeched in fury. I need to get to the others! Runnig through the back alleyways i reached the main street before giving up the chase and hopping on the nearest local bus. When the doors opened I was met with four familiar faces, who all covered their ears at my voice.
"Damn you all to hell!!!!"
