After some confusing directions from Blake, I finally arrived at Melissa's house.
"Blake, I'm nervous" I said to him
"Why?" He asked laughing
BLAKES POV
"Why?" I asked her laughing at how nervous she was acting
Her green eyes locked with my blue ones, everything about her was perfect, yet I still felt bad for how we met, it's not like most high school sweethearts who have known each other for years, I met Cadience at a party and got her pregnant, I know it's not how most people end up together but it's our own story to tell and I wouldn't change a thing.
"Blake!" Cadience said a little louder snapping me out of my thoughts
"Huh?" I said unaware of what she asked me
"I said, what's some things your mom likes?" She said
"Why?" I asked confused
"I don't wanna sit there in an akward silence if it comes to that." She said giving me a "duh" look
"Trust me, there won't be an akward silence" I said opening my car door and walking to her door and opening it for her like all they guys do in movies and books
"Thank you" she said
"Mhmm" I said
I walked to my door and knocked three times before my mom opened the door, she was probably reading one of her books like she normally is and isn't paying attention to her surroundings

"Hey baby" my mom said before giving me a hug and looking over to Caidence
"Nice to meet you, I'm Melissa, Blakes mom, I've heard a lot about you" my mom said hugging Caidence
"Nice to meet you too" Caidence said
"Aw come on you don't have to be so shy" my mom said before pulling Caidence into the house, gosh she was so outgoing!
Skip a few minutes
Caidence POV
"Blake, your mom is so nice!" I said
"Yeah, she's something else isn't she" he said
"She seems very excited to be a grandma" I said
"Oh, of course! I'm her only son so technologically I'm the only one who can give her grands" he said smirking
"Oh really Blake, I didn't know that" I said repling to his smirk
Everything was perfect, until I saw a familiar car in Alesha's driveway
